Charming, historic building in Sperlonga old town, easy to find on upper level of the town, close to the fascinating labyrinth of medieval streets and bustling shops, boutiques, restaurants & bars. The property is well equipped and a great base for a visit to Sperlonga & beyond.

Casa Anita was definitely a highlight of our Italian holidays! Vincenzo was supper attentive and supportive. We were greeted upon arrival personally by him and received tons of good tips. The apartment has everything one needs on vacation. Everything is new and thought through. Location is perfect. The apartment is in the epicenter of beautiful Italian evening and beach is about 15min walk. Most importantly, is the hospitality we have received. Casa Anita is not just Airbnb but a true community of ppl enjoying good vacation. We have started our trip with the wine and treats Vincenzo gifted, and washed out clothes (with provided washing capsules). Special thanks for that. We have even got a sun umbrella to borrow during our time in Terracina. Thank you so much for a such home like stay ❤️

Vi hadde fantastiske dager i Terracina. Azzurra var veldig hyggelig, gav alltid god hjelp og svarte raskt på henvendelser.

Le logement était très propre, l’ascenseur est un plus car il se trouve au troisième étage. De nombreux magasins à proximité, et l’endroit est très calme.

Unico difetto è il parcheggio perché si trova su una via senza parcheggi lungo strada e poi sarebbe meglio specificare la rampa di scale da fare per scendere nella stanza ma per il resto bello pulito e comodo

Alloggio accogliente, moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli. Ottima ubicazione, praticamente di fronte al mare! Siamo stati molto bene, una settimana di vacanza proprio come desideravamo. Antonello sempre disponibile e cordiale, grazie!

Monica è stata un host esemplare: gentile, accorta e disponibile! La sua casa era meravigliosa, grande accogliente ed ordinata, con spazi di svago e relax come la piscina e la sala hobby con barbecue perfetti per me ed i miei amici! Un’esperienza unica e, ci auguriamo tutti, presto ripetibile!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Die Villa und der Garten sind eine wundervolle und sehr gepflegte Anlage! Das Grundstück bietet einen tollen Blick bis zum Meer, der Pool ist spektakulär und ist noch schöner als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch erreicht man innerhalb von 15 Minuten gleich mehrere Orte. Enrico ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit darum bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können dieses Haus jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Isabella's apartment was perfectly located on the beautiful Via dell'Indipendenza. I was worried that this action-packed street would be noisy to sleep, but this was not an issues at all for us. A 10 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants and other attractions of Gaeta. Communication was great and arrival and departure was easy and well taken care of. It's a cute place, typical design of the town, if you don't mind going up flights of stairs between levels. It was all around well stocked (maybe could add a few bowls in the kitchen), as described. The only thing that was difficult for us in the intense August heat was that there was no air conditioning on the main level (where there is living room and kitchen) so we regularly had to cool off in the bedroom, difficult to get a natural flow of air. So finally we brought a mattress upstairs for us son to sleep with us because it was really too hot to sleep there. Very nice terrace on the top floor to eat and lounge with clothes line and washer-dryer outside. Thank you very much Isabella for a great stay to explore this amazing part of Italy!

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Abitazione deliziosa ed estremamente confortevole. Molto pulita e comoda per una vacanza estiva. Host super gentile e cordiale.

Siamo state ospiti nell’alloggio io, mia figlia e la nostra cagnolina, siamo state benissimo, casa super pulita, accurata con tutto quello che serve, ho molto apprezzato il fornetto whirlpool con il crispy che uso spesso anche a casa, il mare a 5 minuti a piedi… insomma tutto TOP ! SUPER CONSIGLIATA!

We loved this stay , a beautiful place conveniently located between the beach and historic sites. They were flexible with our check in time, responded quickly and had dinner recommendations. La Laconda was excellent! Wish we had more time here. Would definitely recommend!

Francesco war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der viel Interessantes über die Geschichte und die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Gaeta zu berichten weiß. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief hervorragend und zeitnah, sein freundliches Angebot eines späteren Check-outs und der Lagerung meines Gepäcks bis zu meiner Abreise war äußerst hilfreich. Das Apartment liegt strategisch gut zwischen Hafen, Strand und Altstadt in einer pittoresken historischen Gasse, es ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und die beiden Terrassen waren für mich ein Highlight. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Appartamento pulito, ordinato , silenzioso nonostante sia a due due passi dalle vie del centro.Dotato di due tv con Netflix .La cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare pranzetti/cene da consumare nel delizioso e intimo giardinetto esterno .Antonio è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio .Ci siamo trovate benissimo.Consigliatissimo

L' esperienza nel b&b di Pio è stata perfetta dall'inizio alla fine. Pio ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo ed è sempre stato reattivo nel rispondere ai messaggi. Ci ha concesso molto gentilmente (cosa rarissima) di posticipare a dopo pranzo il check-out, cosa apprezzatissima. Consigliato a tutti, casa rustica ristrutturata in modo impeccabile e davvero un nido carino per un weekend di tranquillità tra il Molise e il basso Abruzzo. Spero di tornarci presto
