Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Latina

The only drawback is the parking because it is located on a street without parking along the road and then it would be better to specify the flight of stairs to go down to the room but otherwise nice, clean and comfortable

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Stunning location, charming little house

Clean and tidy home. It fully reflected the description provided by the host. Host available and responsive. Convenient to everything, train station 15 minutes on foot, nearby, restaurants, bars, etc... We'll definitely be back.

The apartment was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. However, the place was a little difficult to find, most likely due to our navigation system. Despite the language barrier, very friendly interaction. Silvia was always available for questions.

We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. We had a great long weekend at Enrico his villa. It was a very nice and clean place. Well organized. A beautifull garden and a lovely pool. We as a family of 4 had a great 5 days. Would recommend for everyone. Enrico is a great host. Very supportive and helpful. A very kind host.

The perfect house, the perfect village, the perfect hosts. Sermoneta is magical and this house is the perfect place to explore it from. The house matches the photos exactly, it was spotlessly clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We really felt like locals - we got to know the local baker and cafe owner- and our son spent happy hours playing football with the local children. This is the most perfect and picturesque location - and a wonderful experience of an authentic Italian village

This is an incredible apartment, in the centre of a magical island. It’s both stylish and very comfortable. The roof terrace has jaw-dropping 360 views of the sea and island. Anna gave use incredible restaurant recommendations and organised a boat hire for us. Perfection!

Delightful accommodation in the old town of Itri. Completely renovated on two levels, although small, bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable and spacious. Equipped with all the comparisons and courtesy kits, it will be difficult for you to need more! Anyway, the host is available for needs and suggestions.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

We loved this stay , a beautiful place conveniently located between the beach and historic sites. They were flexible with our check in time, responded quickly and had dinner recommendations. La Laconda was excellent! Wish we had more time here. Would definitely recommend!

Lucilla has a beautiful property. The photos in the ad don’t do the view from the balcony justice! Lucilla responded quickly every time we reached out. She keeps the place spotless and the apartment is very well equipped. Lucilla’s restaurant & gelato recommendations in the area were fantastic. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time. Easy check-in in person with the host; description on the page corresponding to the reality of the apartment; proximity to the Terracina promenade between restaurants, bars, and various shops. Finally, Antonella was kind and helpful during the stay.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
