The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Wow! This place is amazing! Beautiful scenery, amazing farm, and a short walk to Caizzo center with restaurants, grocery store, shopping etc. The rooms look better than the photos. They are comfortable and large. Ilaria is such a kind host who really takes the time to get to know you. She even made us breakfast with fresh squeezed lemonade and farm fresh eggs. Would recommend this to anyone traveling!

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Hello. If you like calm and serenity, this place is for you. Perched at 650 meters, Conca Casale offers you clean air and freshness. In this house you will be at home. Before going up, stop at a grocery store if you want to eat. Greetings.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Thank you for hosting us. The view is stunning and almost unbelievable that you get a panorama every morning, all day long. The terrace with table is great for meals. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi is fine, water pressure great. There are a lot of stairs, up and down, so lighter baggage is easier. The public bus is 2.50 € one way, and runs every 30 minutes (off season) 15 in season. The alimentari gets fresh mozzarella di buffala every day by 11:00am. It’s worth it. Try to rent a scooter and go around the island stopping at the vista points. We didn’t need a car. We ate dinner at Tramonto, at the top of a hill. Totally worth it. If you take the public bus there, ask for the staff to call you a taxi home. The local Ponza wine is great. Highly recommend and hope to be back.

We felt very comfortable in Andrea's apartment. Check-in was very pleasant and we also got tips for activities and restaurants in the area. As another plus, I would like to emphasize that a high chair was provided to us on request. We will be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket of products is a touching delicacy, authentic flavors. Thank you for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to introduce ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is immersed in greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Truly meraviglioso and incantevole ! A better place to stay simply could not exist. Perfect location, spectacular views from the incredible outdoor space! Exceeded every expectation! The pictures do not do his place justice. It’s beyond words! I literally felt that I was coming home everyday. It was just so beautiful and peaceful to stay outside and relax. Anna-Maria, the woman who cleans the house, made sure I had everything I needed everyday. She even helped me with laundry! Sasha, the most cunning and lovable dog, loved to meditate with me in the morning and was quite a fan of my yoga mat! Francesca was the best host! Always available and helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure the experience in his home was memorable! Thank you so much! I will definitely return! A most beautiful stay on Ponza!

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!
