The apartment, with an independent entrance and reserved parking space, has a large and panoramic outdoor area with a small swimming pool for exclusive use.

The whole house is equipped with DVB-S (free world sat) TV and WIFI. The charming village of Scauri, is only short walk away. The kitchen has all the conveniences a guest could want, including, microwave, oven, grill and fireplace and can accomodate up to 11 people.
