We absolutely loved our stay at Utopia Joe Loft! The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Guthrie and walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. The loft was very clean, beautifully designed, and filled with fantastic artwork that gave it so much personality. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. And a small but appreciated detail—the toilet paper was high quality! It may seem like a little thing, but it really does make a difference. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

We kicked off our summer vacation at Yolanda’s place. My daughter said the loft had the right “summer vibes.” My kids loved playing in the pool. I enjoyed the view. It was an easy drive to Kemah and Seabrook. The kitchen was well equipped; we weren’t missing anything. Yolanda was friendly and very responsive. Oh, and the foosball table was very popular!

Jenna & Jason’s listing was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was clear and prompt. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the neighborhood was peaceful and easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and reliable stay!

This place is awesome! Right in the heart of the city on Main St so everything is in walking distance. The host explained everything and the place was very nice. This will be our spot everyone we come back to visit.

Amy was a great host. Her place was very nice and very clean and it was a great neighborhood. Beautiful homes and a great place to walk.. we felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating and we highly recommend!

Great place, location in one of the best places in Chihuahua, with cafes and restaurants to visit on foot. Perfect for going for a walk at night. You can find everything you need without leaving the area. The apartment has everything it offers; pool area, gym. Very safe, comfortable and very clean and cozy place. I would definitely stay there again.

The loft was perfect! Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The location was perfect, a short walk to so many shops, restaurants and a short drive to many attractions and activities for the whole family! The loft was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need! The views from the loft were fantastic! The host was very responsive and communication was clear and helpful! We will definitely stay here again! Actually we didn't want to leave! LOL

This place was perfect for CMA fest weekend. Easy walk to Broadway, Nissan Stadium and anywhere in downtown Nashville. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful home! Exactly as described and in a great part of town. The hosts were very responsive and were able to resolve an A/C issue immediately upon my reporting. Very friendly and even left us a little treat to make our stay more enjoyable! Would 100% book again!!

The place is perfect for what we needed! We came to Savannah for a girls weekend getaway- this home was very walkable to everything we needed, far enough away from any potential loud noises too. The home was clean, Ashleigh left very helpful and clear instructions that made it super easy to check in and out and come and go as we pleased.

This is hands down the coolest Airbnb we’ve ever experienced—from the stunning balcony view and cozy fireplace to the stylish furniture and thoughtfully curated lighting. Every detail was so well-designed. This penthouse loft is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience all its own. We fell in love with the Bristol vibe and are already planning to return often. Can’t recommend this incredible space highly enough. We truly didn’t want to leave!

We had a great moms weekend at The Loft! It’s walkable to all the bars and restaurants in the area. Great space overall. Awesome, comfy bed!!!

Sue was quite friendly from the beginning, and always made sure everything was ok with our stay. The place was cozy and just the perfect size, with a great balcony, a patio, kitchen with essentials and coffee, and a TV. Everything was clean and spotless, with extra towells in the bathroom. I wish we’d stayed longer. It was also centric in Seabrook, and a small drive to NASA Space Center. Also relatively near Houston and Galveston. We were quite happy with our stay, thank you Sue!

Excellent place

It's more spacious than it looks, in general it's very comfortable, and the food delivery arrives quite quickly, perfect for two people and has a lot of privacy inside the place

The place looks just like the photos and is very nice. A little strange that the bathroom is in the kitchen, I would not recommend it if the plan is to cook daily but if it is only to get to sleep it is excellent. The neighborhood is a bit murky and excessively noisy. The hosts are very attentive, friendly and the instructions for entering and leaving the place are very clear and arrive on time. Overall, a very good place.

My stay was most pleasant. My needs were met. David was most accommodating. Instructions and rules were easy to follow. It was all great.
