Close to Promenade and Metrolink. Unbeatable Location ! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. Outside table with a bench and chairs are perfectly located for morning coffee lunch or evening cocktail. Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. Krisel's Glass Cabin (Permit #379) featured on multiple Modernism week tours, was originally designed by modernist architect William Krisel in 1958. The living area blends seamlessly with the desert outside with recent renovations adding a new kitchen, solar system, a heated pool and a cedar hot tub in the gorgeous and private backyard.
