Follow me into one of LA’s most iconic flea markets, Melrose Trading Post, where I’ll lean on my experience as a fashion industry set designer to help you score one-of-a-kind finds. Melrose Trading Post is my go-to spot to scour for items to use on set — each antique, artwork, and memorabilia here tells a unique story about LA’s history and identity. • We’ll meet up at a nearby coffee shop where you’ll be treated to a cup of coffee and get to know others in the group. • Then, we’ll make our way over to the market. After giving you the lay of the land, you’ll be sent on an unconventional scavenger hunt where you might look for anything from a creepy doll to the “ugliest” item. Cheesy prizes included. • You’ll be introduced to some of the vendors I personally frequent. I know how to find the perfect items at the best prices and will give you pointers. At the end of the tour, you’ll leave with a novel find to keep forever. I’ll also give you local recommendations so you can explore beyond the flea market.

Joshua tree is a powerful vortex of energy, that cannot be fully experienced unless you tap in to your power of meditation. I am offering an hour of meditation, breath work, sound healing and other relaxing techniques in the desert. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. All levels are welcome. We will open the class by a couple sounds of AUM to create some vibrational bounds with each other. A guided meditation will follow as well as different breathing techniques. The most scenic Sunset hike in Big Bear

As a hiking guru here in Big Bear Lake I know the very best viewpoints to catch our beautiful mountain sunsets & this is one of my favorite hidden locations! Guests meet me trailside and we will trek into the forest, I'll point out local plants & tell you some stories about Big Bear history &life in these mountains. We will trek up to the lake view point, a great location for photos and to catch the sunset. Other things to note This is a really fantastic sunset hike. The booking time I put down starts in the evening but if you wish to do this hike any other time of day, that can easily be arranged. Great for groups and team building. Inquire if you would like to add homemade cookies or muffins to your experience at an additional price. Champagne is available at an additional price for those special occasions. All of my experiences are always dog-friendly.

Salsa & Bachata Class with Master Teacher

Never danced Bachata before? Great! Simply come with a willingness to learn and have fun. I will coach you every step of the way, from learning the Basic steps, to moving your body, feeling the beat and leading/following your partner. In this 90-minute in-person session with me (professional Latin dance instructor), you will start from scratch and learn an entire Bachata combination that you can dance at a nightclub with any partner! This experience is great for beginners or if you have tried a little Bachata in the past. With Josie Neglia's skill in making you feel comfortable and relaxed to learn the basics, you will be enjoying the music, learning skills and meeting wonderful new dance friends. Big Bears secret hike with a local

Join this local hiking guide on one of my favorite hidden hikes in the Big Bear area. I have been trekking through the San Bernardino National Forest for 30 years, learning about the flora and fauna of this wilderness, and I even have some tales of local history to share with my guests. We will meet at one of my favorite scenic trails for a two-hour hike in the beautiful Big Bear Valley. At some point on this tour, we will stop at a scenic place for hot chocolate or lemonade. I can cater this hike to how much you want to sweat, if you want to do an easy, moderate or hard hike, just let me know. Longer hikes are available, please inquire about pricing. My goal is to make sure that you have an unforgettable visit to the Big Bear area. I love answering questions about other fun things to do in Big Bear. I hope that you leave with tons of photos (I will take the photos if requested) We have some stunning hiking trails in Big Bear that only locals know about; Giant boulders, crystal clear springs you can drink from, secret native American sacred places. Locals know the secret spots! Kids are totally invited on this hike if they are okay with the elevation gain. I even have one hike that is stroller-friendly (When there is no snow on the ground) Dogs are always invited on leash. This is a great experience for groups and team building.

Hot Springs Soak near Joshua Tree Park

In the middle of the desert, we have the gift of a natural geothermal hots spring under our land. We had large boulders made of out granite or marble carved into soaking tubs. We placed these tubs several hundred feet away from any structures. The experience is raw with no amenities other than the hot mineral water and rock tub. We are a few minutes of the main road and the meeting spot may be hard to find. Learn to Fly an airplane Above LA

Prior to boarding, pose like a seasoned pro for a photo shoot with the airplane. Once you’re on board, the pilot will give you an overview of the instruments and controls. After getting clearance from the tower, you’ll taxi to the runway for takeoff. Once at cruising altitude, you’ll learn basic flying skills in the training area over the Simi Valley. Then, grab hold of the controls and feel free to move about the skies, exploring LA by air. Finally, in preparation for landing, you’ll come back down to earth at Van Nuys Airport. Other things to note IMPORTANT : This experience is currently only offered as a private experience. The guest has to book both spots on the experience and will be allowed to bring an additional guest to sit in the back seat. Only one guest will be in the front seat. Snow play and hot cocktails Big Bear

What’s better than a snowy day playing in freshly fallen snow in the Big Bear wilderness? If your adventure guide brings cocktails of course! Aside from being your nature guide on this trip to the best place for you and your family to play in the snow, I also provide Bailey’s with coffee for the adults, which is my favorite thing to drink while frolicking in the snow. Our tour begins at a snowy place in the Big Bear Valley. This can be a different location based on how much snow we have on a particular day. From there I will guide you to one of the prettiest snowy wilderness areas for great family photos, a short snowy hike & snow play. All these places are a local's secret & for the most part not crowded. In these times of Covid it's a safer alternative to crowded snow play areas with tons of tourists. There’s a great little hike we can do to an amazing viewpoint to get snowy family photos to start the tour. It’s about half a mile each way. From there I will show you some nice hills for sledding &pretty areas for snow play. I’ll hang out with your group for an hour to an hour & a half to answer any questions you might have about the Big Bear area and show you the best places to play in the snow, take great photos with snowy views etc. Dogs are welcome on this hike. Please bring your own sleds. (I do not provide sleds as they often break) Great for groups & team building.

No experience is required. Great for all skill levels. Your guide will kick things off with a paddle tutorial on the beach. If surf exists, we will help push your kayak through any breakers. As we paddle through La Jolla’s Marine Reserve keep an eye out for Seals, Sea Lions, Sea Turtles, Pelicans, Dolphin and Gray whales in the fall/winter. Note: We cannot guarantee sea life. If conditions are safe, we will help guide your kayak into Emerald Cave. If it's not safe to enter Emerald Cave, we will still paddle out & explore La Jolla's World-Famous Marine Reserve.
