We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. Leave worries and noise in town. Yucca, 29, and JTNP all 15-30 mins away, and you won't hear any of it from here.

Hike forest trails with access from the property, a private, sustainable off the grid getaway. The Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.
