I stayed in room 2708, it was clean,beautiful view and the layout was spacious and flowed well. I’d definitely stay at the level again when I travel back to LA

We had a wonderful stay at Brendan’s place! The listing was exactly as described and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub and backyard were lovely as well. Brendan communicated well with us beforehand and our check-in was easy. Location is very quiet and had beautiful scenery. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again!

A perfect blend between cabin living and hotel like hospitality. Location is great - close to the lake and not far from the village.

This is a great little place. It is walk-able to Balboa Park (and the zoo, if you want to add some steps to your day at the zoo). It was clean. Comfortable. It was a bit far from downtown for my little's legs, but for grown ups and bigger kids the walks would be no problem. Having a little kitchen was super. I did not attend the time-share presentation. The only thing i did not care for is the bathroom light was motion detecting, and super bright. So it would turn off while showering, and getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night was blinding. It is possible there is a way to turn it on and off to stay on or off, but i did not figure it out.

Location, location, location!! What a fabulous spot and fantastic resort. The view was incredible and so much to do within walking distance. 10/10 would book again!

Coto De Caza is a beautiful, private community that requires checking in at the gate every time you enter. You may be given a pass for the time you’re there to make entering easier. This provides a lot of great security. The dog friendly community is also very clean with lots of nature and walkable paths. The space itself was as advertised. The only negatives I experienced is that you’re able to hear a lot through the walls which made my dog bark a lot. He would stop with instruction, but with this being a new and unfamiliar place, he was on alert and the easily heard voices and noises didn’t help. Also, a neighbor (or someone) smokes and I was able to smell this whenever they smoked. Other than those two things the place was great! It was very clean, Gary was super friendly and helpful, and best of all; very dog friendly! He was super understanding about my dog barking which I was thankful for. I would definitely recommend Gary’s place to someone looking to stay in the area.

The place was comfortable & a perfect fit for my little family. Unfortunately, our first room’s AC was down so I had to call the front desk for help. Thankfully, they were SUPER proactive and immediately solved the problem, efficiently & effectively. They had us move rooms and the second one was just as nice, if not nicer, than the first! The surrounding area was beautiful with nature & cute wildlife (duckies, koi fish & turtles) with free fish food to feed them. Easy access to the pool & amenities, a quick walk to the nice bbq area, and a super comfortable bed & couch. The hosts & front desk were super helpful, kind and accommodating. Loved our stay here, already planning another one next month! Thank you guys (:

I stayed at Adrian's for one month. I highly recommend to stay here at the studio. Adrian is very helpful and friendly. The studio is comfortable and has a beautiful view of Tijuana. The neighborhood is calm and safe and located well to access the rest of the city and the Otay border. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tijuana.

Very good place to stay, comfortable and private

I was walking with my suitcase in the hot summer weather due to an unrelated issue and I asked for an immediate check in as I was hot and needed water. Martha Angelica went ahead and turned on the AC for me so it was nice and cool and she made sure that I had the access codes for the main gate and my room so that I could get inside and lay down. Very grateful for the hospitality!

Excellent place, very cozy and quiet, ample parking and Mireya's service was a sensational experience. I would definitely come back here 10/10.
