Vacation rentals with a home theater in Southern California

Spotless and very comfortable place that looks exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable beds and linens and we loved hanging out on the back patio enjoying the cool evenings. The Keurig was a plus. We walked to the ocean a couple of times but to go swimming at the main beach we opted to drive. We loved Aja's place and can't wait to come back!

The place was absolutely adorable and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and all amenities were well thought out. Sarah was an amazing host who greeted me outside as I got there and even helped me find a plug for my Electric car. A first class experience.

Great location in Hollywood, quick uber away from most of the main tourist attractions in the area. There’s also a grocery store down stairs from the apartment which is handy and a 711 across the road. AJ was a great host and made my stay in LA super easy.

Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet with a comfortable bed, giant closet, patio, and very clean.

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

The location is even nicer than advertised. The place was very clean and Nils was very accommodating and responsive. There were many locations walking distance and Nils was kind enough to point out the best locations. Would definitely visit again.

First off, this home is absolutely stunning! The location, the view, the decor—everything about this place was so detailed and beautiful. It is located in a more secluded area so it feels very private. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and responded very quickly to us. We cooked the first night there and they had everything we needed on hand. Overall, this Airbnb had so much to offer, it provided us with a wonderful stay!

Home was exactly as described. Amazing location lots of fun and entertainment for the kids along with an abundance of towels and toiletry needs. Hosts were extremely responsive and offered recommendations when needed. Great stay would come back again.

I enjoyed my stay! The place felt very cozy and private. The big projector was my absolute favorite. It was definitely a vibe. The dart room was so much fun! The house itself was very clean and well put together. We had issues with the projector at first and had to reconnected the entire internet. We also had issues with the outside lighting and had to access a back area to figure out what was the issue then I was able to fix it. There was floaties in the pool that were all ripped up. The jacuzzi was very warm/cold. The hottest it got was about 90 which was very unfortunate. One of the chairs in front of the projector was broken so just be careful as I almost fell while I sat back. That's a big safety issue. Overall with all the minor issues I still loved this place. I would definitely want to book again.

Ruohan’s Palm Peach 🍑 house was spectacular. We felt very comfortable there! The pool is large and relaxing, the game room was such a special add on, and all of the beds, linens, sofas etc were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed grilling in the backyard as well! There’s lots of space and the entire home is thoughtfully decorated. We felt safe with multiple points of security. The views of the mountains from house are incredible, especially at sunset. Additionally, Ruohan was very easy to work with; she was friendly and very responsive. We would highly recommend this home for your Palm Springs vacation!

Patrick and Sara‘s Home in Oceanside is an amazing place. The presentation and the pictures shows at least not the full potential of the site. Entrance was perfect, all well prepared. Kitchen perfectly equiped. Many towels, washing machine, bar, pool, grill, BBQ, perfectly in shape and Sara was many times just asking if all is great. It is for sure not cheap but it’s worse. Everything was great. The AC’s worked very well which is sometimes hard to find in some listings. The heated pool and spa were both amazing as well. You get everything you could need for a vacation and more with this property. We enjoyed ourselves greatly and it was easy with everything already there for us.

Our stay with Signature Getaway was everything we hoped it would be! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful — decorated with such aesthetic finishes but also stocked with everything you need. Very well-outfitted kitchen for those looking to cook while staying! We loved relaxing outside after a full morning in Joshua Tree. The proximity to the park, Pioneer Town, grocery store, etc. was SO convenient. Can’t say enough good things about the outdoor space. It made for a truly perfect getaway. Will recommend to all our friends heading West!

This is a wonderful resort. I would come back in a heart beat. Centrally located to the beaches and John Wayne Airport is very close. Excellent amenities.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cute, and in a super convenient (but busy) area. Nic was really responsive and nice. Just a heads-up: the apartment complex is a bit big and tricky to find your way around, and the host seemed nervous about noise. Wasn’t an issue for us, but something to know before booking!

If you have stumbled upon this listing, book now! This was one of, if not the best, airbnb's we've stayed in. It's spotless, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. Britta has more amenities in this casita than I've ever come across in a rental. Games, pool floats, towels, a stocked bathroom, a bluetooth speaker, multiple coolers, books, magazines, snacks, a stocked kitchenette, etc. The casita is right outside the pool and has the most lovely little patio. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Communication was clear and thorough. If we don't return within the year, I'll be surprised. A perfect desert getaway.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is the best location! Right out the back door is a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and basketball court. My two boys, ages 10 and 12, had a blast! The house was perfect for our family of four, clean and cozy. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
