Just spent 5 nights in Ventura at David’s place. Great location, 2 min walk to dog friendly beach. Very quiet. Great location to explore Channel Islands, Ojai and Santa Barbara. Would book again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfortable

Lovely place with a stunning view! Such a soothing spot to relax after a long drive, before seeing some redwoods in the morning. The couches and recliner were extra comfy, and I loved that you can see the ocean from inside the living room and bigger bedroom too. It’s in a very peaceful area. I am very glad we stayed here and definitely recommend it!

I’m already dreaming of when we can return to this beautiful beach home again! We are Airbnb Luxe hosts ourselves, and I can honestly say that Dana and Kristi completely exceeded my expectations with all of the intricate details of added amenities that they provided. From the welcome Champagne and chocolates, to the beach gear, to the skincare and lip gloss complimentary items, and MORE ugh there was literally nothing that they didn’t think of. The place was immaculate, and both hosts were so responsive and kind! This was one of the best staycations my husband and I could’ve asked for. Our toddler as well as our fur baby were also in heaven. The great attention to detail coupled with the amazing location (3min walk to the beach, Main Street and Pacific City) was enough to have us on Zillow wondering how we could live there forever LOL We miss OC life! They were even able to accommodate a later checkout of so our son could have one last morning beach blast. TEN out of TEN! ⭐️

We found the location to be perfect, just a short half block down to front Street, Steep, but that’s what gave us a great view and then just two blocks down to the pier where the farmers market was held on Friday. A few cute wine tasting bars and restaurants We actually barbecued at the house 2 nights and Drove into Pismo one night for Ventana Grill. Not a lot of high-end restaurants there, but I would like to try that little French bistro next time. We would definitely book this Airbnb again, thank you Kate for a great experience.

Our family had a wonderful vacation to start the summer off! This location is remarkable - walkable to the beach, restaurants, etc. The home itself is wonderful as well - everything you want is there! This was our first time in Carlsbad and will definitely be back!

Mike has spent over 30 years transforming an already amazing Craftsman house into a curated space that is eclectic, inviting and relaxing. This is truly a labor of love and I’m fortunate that we were able to enjoy it for a nice long weekend in San Diego. Can’t recommend highly enough for a couple looking for a quiet retreat.

We booked only a few hours before arrival, and it was perfect! Luke was so helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful 48 hours in JT. The house is perfect, as is the yard! Such a special place. Can’t wait to come back :)

We had a great stay! The location is perfect—several parks and restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s just a short drive to Monterey and Carmel. The home was clean, comfortable, and had lovely outdoor spaces that we really enjoyed. Brendan & Rosy were wonderful hosts—very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great visit to Morro Bay. The house is exactly as stated and did not disappoint. Incredible view of the bay and Morro rock from the patio. Guest room bed is a bit on the small side, more suited for a child, however, the master bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely walk downtown, which is just over 1 mile from the house. Sara was quick to answer any questions we had, And was very accommodating and helpful.

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at this adorable home in SLO! The location is absolutely perfect a stone's throw from High St. Deli, a down the hill to Nautical Bean for coffee and SLODOCO. The house was super cute, cozy, and just the right size for four people. Everything was very clean, check-in was easy, and we had plenty of street parking right out front for all three cars. The hot tub was perfectly secluded and on a timer, which was so convenient. Plus, the host left some local snacks to welcome us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making for a truly relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming place to enjoy SLO!

What a beautiful, well maintained bungalow. Great location, walkable to the beach and local shops/restaurants. Lynne was welcoming and easy to communicate with. The yard area is a great place to sit with a cup of morning tea. I look forward to returning. Thank you, Lynne

Victoria's home is awesome!!! Had a great time in the pool and the hot tub, and the back yard is gorgeous. House is bigger than we expected, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Super close to a grocery store, a cool little bar called The Tiny Pony, and Joshua Tree of course.

Beautiful home and Amy was fantastic. We would rent from her again!
