Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Loved this he place! Very beautiful and peaceful. Had the beach to myself! Close to Playa Del Carmen and Cancun but spent most of my time in a small fishing town called Puerto Morelos!!! Puerto Morelos was amazing with the prettiest water!

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Nice and spacious apartment with a lot of sunlight. Some minor issues like a broken office chair, but overall in a good condition. Spectacular rooftop pool (unfortunately the administration decided to play house music all day) and a similarly big family pool. Good location, not too far away from the 5a avenida (restaurants + bars) and the beach, but nevertheless rather quiet at night.

We had a pleasant stay at this well located place. It offers some benefits that we really liked: The kitchen was fully equipped, also with a Nespresso machine. There is an underground car park in which we always found a parking space/24h. The elevator worked perfectly. Especially the terrace was a highlight – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean! A big thank you to the local contact persons who helped immediately when we lost our key. A small note: There is an event location nearby, and during our stay there were often parties that could be heard until the early morning. In addition, there is a veterinary clinic/shelter opposite the property, so you could be woken up by the barking of dogs in the morning. Despite these points, I recommend the place, especially because of the location, the amenities, and the great service! Thank you !!!

Rex and Andres are fantastic hosts. I was there for an entire month and I loved my stay in Ipana condominiums and I will definitely come again next February. Great condo, great building, helpful tenants.

Great place to stay. It's better in person than the pictures. Fidel is very attentive and always helped me at all times when I wrote to him. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Playa del Carmen it is a very quiet condo, it has schedules for public areas which makes it order. The apartment has all the necessary equipment to have an excellent stay. It is close to the center of Playa del Carmen since the avenue that enters the condominium takes you all the right to the center, to go out on the road you are no less than eight minutes. This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was clean and stylish. All amenities provided. It truly felt like home away from home and having 5th avenue in such close proximity just added to the experience! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and with great care. We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

Beautiful apartment, clean, security at the entrance, heated pool, close to 5th Avenue and the Ado, 3 blocks away to also rest, good communication with Juliane, 100% recommended.

We had a great time in the accommodation, it is clean and very well-equipped. The accommodation is close to shops, the sea, restaurants... Juliana is very responsive if you need information.

The perfect spot, minutes from the beach. ocean view from the rooftop patio INCREDIBLE (three pools)! Easy entry, no issues with wifi..was able to check in at work no problems. Condo was dead quiet. Samantha and her team are amazing! Now I just need to figure out how I get a good deal to stay for a few months 🤔 🙃 🤣🤣🤣
