Lunada is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, close to all the best activities and amenities of Playa and 1/2 way between Cancun and Tulum. Once you arrive at Lunada you will be impressed as soon as you walk in the door. Walk into the fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area and drink bar and start to unwind. As you open the double patio doors the hammock looks inviting while you look at the peaceful courtyard. Watch a movie on the 55" smart flat screen TV or enjoy your music via blutooth on the stereo while you relax on the comfortable couch with a refreshing beverage. Down the hall you will find two relaxing bedrooms both with their own full tile bathroom and rain shower heads in both showers to start your day right. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 48" smart flatscreen tv. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a walk in closet complete with a safe for your valuables and electronics. When its time to cool down, head up to the rooftop. This is in one of the best rooftops around with a pool, lots of loungers, 2 hot tubs a and a BBQ grill. There are plenty of tables for socializing and meeting people from around the world. Later head down to the gym for a cardio workout or utilize the multiple free weights or machines to keep fit, even while your away. Of course you will want to go to the beach, so a 10 minute walk down 38 ave gets you right in the middle of one of the nicest beaches in Playa. White sand and warm water will have you reaching for your camera for that postcard picture in paradise. Just a 5 minute walk from world famous 5th ave brings you to world class restaurants and shopping. Bars, dancing and entertainment are endless here as there is something for everyone. He speaks Spanish, English and Italian. Perfectly situated between 5th Avenue and 30th Avenue, there are a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops close to the apartment. It is also an easy walk to the beach through one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. The condo is in walking distance to everything. Cabs if you need one are plentiful and go by the front door every few minutes.

Casa Mystique is located at walking distance from shops, restaurants, cafe's beaches, pharmacies, banks & much more. However, Playa is vast & there is lots to explore, so getting a local taxi is easy & inexpensive. Exterior of property is video monitored through a "smart lock" deadbolt. The other bedroom has a double bunk beds .very comfortably for 2 adults but it can accommodate 4 guess (the bunk set has two double beds )and also private bathroom The apartment can receive 6 guests ,comfortably 4 guests It is decorated with amazing furniture of "Restoration Hardware", and Italians furniture made the difference The bedrooms have a led TV ,the living room has a spectacular curve nano TV 55" With speakers It has a stereo sense around music system " Sonos “. Washer, dryer, internet, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a very complete italian kitchen is included. It has a private terrace just in front of the swimming pool. The entire building is mostly used for vacation rentals. Only have a total of 34 units, Mostly one beedroom. Therefore the use of the Sky roof with lounge área, Gym and a beautiful swimming pool can be considered as private. It is an exclusive place, to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying the luxuries and comfort that a hotel would give you 5 ⭐ Mobile Email Email The condo is very quiet and very well located, just 5 minutes walk from Fifth Avenue and 8 minutes from the beach. The street is 38 the building is called lunada condos.. you can search it by Google maps It is totally forbidden to consume illegal products according to Mexican law and norms, throw parties, invite strangers to those who booked, excessive noise, music with excessive volume, since it is a very quiet housing complex. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a wake-up call, and recidivism will result in the cancellation of this stay without refund. The condo is very quiet and super located, just 2 minutes walk from Fifth Avenue and 400 meters from the beach.

We have retained the freshness of the colonial Caribbean architecture with, the many large white shutter openings, hand crafted everything! Furniture, cabinets, windows and doors, even the coloured floor tiles are handmade brought in from Merida. The tree-lined street is mostly residential, but with shops and a restaurant .
