Once you arrive at Lunada you will be impressed as soon as you walk in the door. Walk into the fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area and drink bar and start to unwind. As you open the double patio doors the hammock looks inviting while you look at the peaceful courtyard. Watch a movie on the 55" smart flat screen TV or enjoy your music via blutooth on the stereo while you relax on the comfortable couch with a refreshing beverage. Down the hall you will find two relaxing bedrooms both with their own full tile bathroom and rain shower heads in both showers to start your day right. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 48" smart flatscreen tv. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a walk in closet complete with a safe for your valuables and electronics. Your experience as guests at our place is our priority. The condo is located close enough to downtown (a 6-minute walk) but far away enough to be quiet. Walk to the beach in 11 minutes, and to the supermarket in 4 minutes. On Foot: Playa del Carmen is easily navigable on foot, actually the best way to get around, especially as much of the activity is centered on pedestrian-only La Quinta Avenida. Car: The town's grid layout is pretty easy to understand and drive through. We recommend car rental if you're planning on exploring beyond the main Playa area. The great thing about Playa del Carmen is that you are right between Cancun and Tulum. Car rental agencies are plentiful on the north end of La Quinta as well as in the Cancun airport. Taxi: Fare should cost no more than $5 to get around the main Playa del Carmen area. Remember to negotiate your rate with the driver before entering the cab. Ferry: Ferries make the trip to Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, or Holbox. Leaving on the hour from 6 a.m. to around 9 p.m. daily. You can ride for about $11 one-way. Tickets can be purchased on La Quinta or at booths on the docks on Calle 1 Sur.

This is one of the best locations in Playa because you are only steps from 5th avenue and a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Our penthouse condo has 2 large balconies and a large rooftop deck. You are close to shopping and 2 of the largest grocery stores in Playa. Our condo has luxurious modern finishes with rainshower heads in the bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, and all brand new furniture as of October 2016. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. The 3rd Bedroom on the rooftop deck has a queen bed and 2 built in bunk beds. On the rooftop there is a splash pool, mamitas bed, and kitchenette (microwave, coffeepot, and mini fridge) We have a private parking spot in the garage but it's actually not necessary because of the central location of Oasis12. There is a large 60 foot swimming pool and private workout gym. Right next to the pool are aple loungers and cabanas with a bar and bbq area. There is also 24 hour security. We have free wifi. We have 2 property managers that live within 2 blocks from our condo and are always available during your stay. The building is close enough to all the action while still being in a quiet area. It's steps to 10th Avenue, where there are a lot of restaurants, while 5th Avenue is only a very short walk away. Grocery stores are within two blocks of here.
