Jessica was incredibly communicative, especially with our event planner, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The on-site staff were also amazing — attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

From the moment we arrived, they were always very friendly to us and very attentive. The area where this Airbnb is located is very safe and is excellent for enjoying a good vacation. The host was always available for any questions. The common area was really nice and clean, just as it looked in the photos. I really recommend this Airbnb if you're looking for a nice and quiet place to stay for a few days. Another thing is that they left us a jug of water at the entrance as a courtesy, the truth is that was very kind of them. This is a place I will definitely return to

We had a truly lovely stay—everything we dreamed of and more. The space was perfect for me and my elderly parents. I brought them for my dad’s 70th birthday, and even with mobility issues, he could navigate the complex easily. The gated beach path was a highlight—breathtaking and unforgettable. Huge thanks to Samantha and Max—when I got injured, Max kindly went to the pharmacy for me. We felt so cared for. After 9 nights, it felt like home. My mom kept saying, “We have to stay in this unit again!” The location is fantastic—close to Tulum, Playa (25 minutes), and a great grocery store (18 minutes). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money. Showers were hot with great pressure (better than my old Chicago apartments!). We even saw some cool wildlife—don’t feed them though! One note: the road to the condo is dirt, but you're going the right way. We love Akumal, the unit, and our hosts. It's a quieter vacation compared to the party life in Tulum. We can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Totally enjoyed our stay, ideal location couple of minutes walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment within a couple of minutes walk from the condo. Very pleased with the condo, transportation to and from the airport was included. Instructions for check in we easy to follow. Condo was spacious, clean and well stocked, including a washer/dryer unit that made washing clothes easy. Electric scooters and beach chairs were available in the unit. Would have no issue rebooking this unit if we were to return on another vacation. Host was very helpful throughout booking and stay. Was a pleasure dealing with our host.

We were unable to stay the full duration at Rigo's but this was not due to the host. The host was friendly and understanding of our situation which made things much less stressful due to our personal circumstances. Rigo was generous enough to offer us a complementary day if we ever visit again which we really appreciate. The location is remote but beautiful and if you're looking for a legitimate jungle experience, Rigo can offer it.

very quiet the perfect place to rest

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!

Beautiful quiet place. Exactly as in pictures. Christiam was amazing, always answering all our questions and accommodating all our requests. He even helped us with finding transportation from the airport. We'll definitely go back next year.

Ideal for disconnecting and being away from urban activity.

This place resembles the pictures, and as others mentioned, a staff member in Chemax guided us to this developing resort. A 10 minute drive on a bumpy road leads into the jungle and the resort. Everything was clean. The cabin's outdoor bathroom had a large bathtub, and after initial coordination, we had a dedicated water heater, providing warm water throughout our stay. Mosquito nets on beds protected against wildlife. The jungle surroundings featured geckos, bugs, and harmless snakes. The Mexican breakfast offered an intimate insight into local food culture, which Anna prepared for us. Humberto ensured our safety, answering our questions and assisting with needs. A communal kitchen in the main house allowed us to prepare meals. The self-sufficient resort faced occasional electricity issues due to solar panels, but staff actively resolved bugs. If you embrace nature and of-grid living, this is the place to be. We really recommend you this experience. Thanks a lot for everybody!
