Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Solidaridad

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

Quiet place and very secure

I just got back from my vacation and with a very good taste in my mouth, Bely is a beautiful person, always attentive and helped me a lot in matters of transportation. She helped me contact someone I trust, which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and with places nearby to buy groceries, highly recommended and thank you Bely for being so attentive 😉

Amazing place to stay at. Splash pool in the backyard, cooling tub on the roof, and a large community pool in front of the house. When inside the gates you’re surrounded by 5 resorts where you can purchase day passes too. Beautiful PGA golf course is a cherry on top. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time.

Excellent place, very comfortable, we were very happy! I wish the living room and dining room had air conditioning! But other than that, we had a great time.

Good stay. Away from the main strip, really great tacos nearby. The beds are very firm, and there is only AC in the bedrooms. We just opened the windows in the morning to cool everything down. Clothes lines in the back patio were very helpful was well as the outdoor hose and sink.

Staying at Jaime’s Airbnb was an absolute pleasure! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with an incredible view that made every morning feel like a dream. We loved how close we were to so many amazing restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without needing to go far. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Playa del Carmen! Calle 38th is a gem and just a 2 minute walk from 5th

The apartment looked exactly like on pictures and it was perfect for a couple. Everything was very clean and the furnishings and layout of the place was super comfortable. Each room had air conditioning unit. The condominium was very nicely desinged, clean and secure, with a sundeck and a small swimming pool on the roof. Just steps away from the beach, restaurants and all kinds of stores, but still quiet enough for a good night rest. Just a few things missing that would be nice to have were: coffee filters for the coffee maker, ironing board to accompany the iron, and drying rack for the washing machine (it had a drying option but was not very efficient to use). Overall though, we had an amazing time and felt super comfortable and would definitely book that place again if going back to Playa del Carmen.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

This rental was in the perfect location! So close to the beach and 38th. We ended up barely going to 5th, but that was close too. We ate almost every meal on 38th. Every restaurant was delicious! The pool was great, not busy at all. Plenty of chairs and beds to choose from. The pool bar opens at 12 and closes at 7 I think. We did see people having coffee and maybe some food there in the morning at one point, but we aren't sure what they have as far as that goes. We did not see another breakfast option at the condos. The room is 1 floor above the building entrance to the right. Balcony looks out over trees and then Martina beach club is a block in front of that. We liked the privacy of looking out over trees. I will say on Saturday, the beach club was playing very loud music until 6 am. You could hear it thumping all night, even with the fan on. It didn't ruin our trip and we would stay here again, just something to keep in mind. Every other night was quiet.

THE APARTMENT: Very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed by our family for a weeklong stay. Wireless internet worked fine to do remote work. The cart to load/pull things throughout the complex was extremely useful. Only negative was the firmness of the double-bed mattresses, but that’s relative and not a deal-breaker. THE GROUNDS: Mareazul community was peaceful, private, safe, and absolutely gorgeous. Our family loved the pools, the beachfront, the wildlife, and the on-site restaurant. We didn’t take advantage of other amenities like the gym or spa. THE HOST: Mabel was attentive, gave clear instructions early, and communicated well. Her responsiveness slowed down noticeably after check in though, for unknown reasons. We really enjoyed staying at Mabel’s apartment and would happily return for a similar rate. 👍🏼

As an Airbnb Superhost myself, I have to say that Jade House was amazeballs!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 110% return! Well appointed, extremely clean, and perfect style!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

This was an excellent choice for my stay. I recommend this location and would visit again.

Very nice stay, in fact nicer than in the photos, Mary was always attentive to us, giving us quite useful instructions, there is an Oxxo and supermarket nearby, although you need transportation to get to Quinta Av. easily.

Erica was a wonderful host and the place was quite delightful. Very cozy and I would stay there again
