Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts uncomplicated and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and relaxation. Absolutely recommended!

Very spacious and super modern house - cozy and luxurious with the added flair of having a sauna. Would def. recommend this place to any bigger group travelling & would come again!

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The home stay was very pleasant! The house is spacious and clean. Location was convenient and walkable to the surrounding restaurants and store. We stayed with a group of 7 for snowsports, and it fit our needs perfectly.

Christine is an extraordinarily loving, cosmopolitan, kind-hearted hostess who answered questions at any time, gives valuable tips about the area and always cares about the well-being of her guests! Every morning we enjoyed eating the wonderful organic eggs, and on our wonderful private balcony, which is half in the sun, half in the shade in the morning. A wonderful oasis of joy and pleasure! The garden is a paradise for people who appreciate space and tranquility, a shady spot or even a sunbathing spot. Thanks for having us, dear Christine!

We had an amazing stay during our weekend in Bolzano! The place was exactly like the photos, super clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the host was super kind and friendly to us!

Our 14-day stay with Susanne and Mati was wonderful. The apartment has a great location, is very attractively furnished and superbly equipped (even various detergents, umbrellas, slippers, extra blankets, all kinds of spices, lunch boxes —-> almost like home😁) The covered balcony overlooking the Mediterranean garden was a highlight and was used by us every morning and evening. All around a perfect place to stay with wonderful landlords :-)

Everything from the sweet toys for our kids to the food in the fridge - I was elated after a long drive. It is a dream stay for a family and felt more like a three bedroom because we could set up the crib in the playroom for the baby. The location is so easy too. We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.
