Entry into the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails directly from the house. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pets are allowed UPON REQUEST and welcome! :) Comfortable equipment with kitchen, living room, bedroom and wifi.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can also book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.
