Schnitzers Ferienheisl is located just outside the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier, a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and. It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Cozy 50 m² apartment in a central location, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Only 1 minute walk to the bus stop, about 10 minutes to the Sölden ski resort, about 25 minutes to Gurgl and about 15 minutes to Ötz. Entry into the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails directly from the house. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pets are allowed UPON REQUEST and welcome! :) Comfortable equipment with kitchen, living room, bedroom and wifi.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) Tourist tax is charged on site at €5 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can also book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

Our house "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture, fantastic view over the mountains, free wifi and sauna. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes.
