Sunnseitn Lodge Apt Mountainsuite

The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

Studio for 1-3 guests - approx. 26-33 m² - with balcony or panoramic seating window and garage space ( €8,-/day) in the centre of Sölden. The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) Tourist tax is charged on site at €5 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can also book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

The area offers picturesque surroundings and impressive infrastructure and facilities.

Our house "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture, fantastic view over the mountains, free wifi and sauna. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes.

Our chalets and apartments in Sölden are the perfect starting point for your nature discoveries. In winter, they are right on the slopes. In summer, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the price. New from December 2025: Heated outdoor pool with waterfall, hot tub, sauna, steam room and relaxation area.

Cozy studio in a central location (20 m²) with ideal connection to the ski resorts: 10 min. by bus to Sölden, 15 min. to Ötz and 25 min. to Gurgl. Entry into the trail is possible directly from the house. In summer you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store and restaurants is within walking distance. The bus stop is only 1 minute walk away.
