Schnitzer's Ferienheisl

Schnitzers Ferienheisl is located just outside the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier, a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and. It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

Mountain chalet Prantach

With a view of the mountain, the chalet "Bergchalet Prantach" in Sankt Leonhard Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Cozy 50 m² apartment in a central location, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Only 1 minute walk to the bus stop, about 10 minutes to the Sölden ski resort, about 25 minutes to Gurgl and about 15 minutes to Ötz. Entry into the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails directly from the house. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pets are allowed UPON REQUEST and welcome! :) Comfortable equipment with kitchen, living room, bedroom and wifi.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) Tourist tax is charged on site at €5 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can also book breakfast on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

The house Lauben was built in the 16th century and offers the perfect opportunity for a stay in the heart of the historic old town of Brixen. As the name suggests, it is located in the center, in the famous arcades and is only 100 meters from Brixner Cathedral Square. The numerous shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
