In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. The apartment has everything you could wish for in your holiday. Recently renovated, your vacation residence spans 63 square meters. In the apartment, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed, dining area, and a custom-designed kitchen. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. In the first sleeping area, there is another sofa bed, and from there, you can access the bedroom, where you'll find a large double bed and an adjoining day toilet.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch.
