In the new climate house standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Boraherd is a nice addition for hobby chefs. Bedroom is normally equipped with closet and double bed (160x200m). For better sleep, we chose the Emma mattress. Modern bathroom. The apartment is under CIN IT021037C2D5KSVMUO registered.

Magnificent recently renovated apartment (80 mq) on the top floor. The apartment is right in the middle of the city center, opposite the theater, 200 meters from the thermal spa and the Christmas market. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of a living room with an open fireplace. A private garage is also included in the price. 50€ one time per stay including pre- and final cleaning, towels and bedding!

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!
