If you wish to go shopping in Merano or Bolzano, or in winter go skiing in the family-friendly Meran 2000 ski area, you can reach these destinations quickly from our place.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Grün”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. In der Mühle

Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
