Very nice house, beautiful landscape

Absolutely recommended for visiting southern Sweden. Not far from the sea. In the accommodation you will find everything you need. Particularly suitable for a stay with small children. You can come down here and unwind. We enjoyed it very much!!!!

We stayed for a week in Annica's welcoming home. The fact that it felt like home was positive and everything was prepared for our arrival. The pool was tried on a sunny evening, the fire was tested when it rained. The house is well equipped and agrees well on what Annica describes, however, we had a little difficulty with the road being so close (traffic can be heard) and the flies. It's great for shopping, for example. Tomelilla and it takes max 30 minutes to the sea. When we rented and tested different homes also B&B in Österlen, for 40 years, Annica's house is one I really recommend and would like to come back to !

Amazing place, short drive or nice walk to the town, located on a residential street with similar units on it. Great yard that opens to a big field with a playground for kids. Everything as described except washer wasn’t working - but the owners communicated this to us beforehand, tried to have it repaired, and offered to reimburse for laundromat. Wonderful natural light and beautifully furnished and decorated.The pictures actually don’t do justice to how nice the place is.

We have spent our summer vacation in Shelley’s and Michael’s house and cannot recommend it enough. For us, the house with the beautiful backyard and pool! became a second home for these weeks and we truly enjoyed Kivik and the surroundings very much. It is such a lovey spot with beaches, forests, historic sites and sweet cafés. Shelley had prepared everything to our needs since we traveled with two small kids. It was a true blessing finding stair protection, high chair, cutlery as well as Lego for our older son. Communication between us was effortless and very friendly. Thank you again for all the great preparations for us as well as your flexibility to even extend our stay!

Nice and homely. Cozy with bonfire and hot tub. The kids enjoyed the open space to run on. Lovely surroundings. James was friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing home. We had lots of fun there. The Hot bubble bath / jacuzzi was amazing. We used it every single day of our stay. But it would have been good to know what are the things that we are needed to carry before visiting the place, for example we had to go and buy our own coffee. Overall no complains at all. Infact we have already recommended this place many of our friends and colleagues.

A fantastically nice house with all the amenities you could imagine. Nothing was missing. Perfect for larger groups with several seating areas both inside and out.

The stay in the cottage was very good, good communication with the host. Nothing was missing in the cottage, everything was clean and nice. Fantastic environment to spend a few days in, will gladly come back.

A small and nice place to stay in a lovely area. Peaceful, quiet, and pleasant. The host couple very nice. The home felt so private even though you lived right next to the hosts. Highly recommend!

Our family had a couple of cozy days in this charming cottage. The location is fantastic, secluded and surrounded by varied nature with proximity to the magnificent Stenshuvud National Park etc. The cottage itself is very cozy and tastefully decorated. However, it was a bit chilly when it was not warm, but it was possible to fix it by arranging a fire in the stove. The communication was good. Can recommend this place!

We had a great stay, what a lovely place this is! The house is nice and comfortable and has a huge garden. A quiet surrounding but still a lot to do, it’s close to the beach. Maria and Marcus were very kind and helpful.

Lovely house and space, and a perfect starting point for exploring and discovering the countless great places in Österlen. Very nice host who did everything possible to make sure we had a nice stay. Gave us lots of information about the area and responded quickly to inquiries. Recommended!

I have returned to this place several times and always love it, summers as well as winters. It’s a truly great and quiet place with gorgeous surroundings. I’ll come come back again.

The accommodation was very nice, bright, cozy and thoughtfully decorated. Top marks! Viks fishing village is a cozy little village with picturesque houses and streets. A perfectly located starting point for excursions on Österlen. We'd love to come back here!

We loved Thierry’s house and garden! It was beautifully decorated inside and we felt at home right away. It’s a very peaceful location and in about 30 min you can walk to Simrishamn via the foot/cycle path. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Sillensdag, meet the many friendly locals and have delicious food. The area is also great for longer walks as the Skåneleden and Backaleden are nearby. Last but not least, the rock carvings are also not far away and are fascinating!

Our family of 4 including 2 young children (6yo and 3yo) had a wonderful stay at Carl's home. We had everything we needed (kitchen well equipped anf comfy beds and good strength shower) and the place was extremely cosy and very peaceful. Just perfect for our little autumn break getaway in the Örsterlen countryside. Very well placed and close to cute cafes and restaurants in the area, nature reserves and the local supermarket. We loved the outdoor hot tub, although it does take 4-5 hours to get going! (not a problem when you're on holidays and in no rush). Carl was a super communicator and gave us tonnes of local tips. Although we never met him, he was extremely friendly and always available if we were in doubt of anything. We can't fault the place! Don't miss it! Thank you 😊❤️

In the car we were listening to a Simon & Garfunkel remix of a Sound of Silence and this song perfectly reflects the feeling you get at Martins house. It’s very private and quiet, beside of the occasional pheasant, tractor or your own children on the trampoline ;-). The house is close to many beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We felt really at home a Martins summer home.

The place was clean and nothing was missing. The contact with Ulla worked perfectly and was always friendly. I highly recommend the house and would come back any time. Thanks for the nice and quiet vacation week!

Two families stayed in Jimmy’s place and I would highly recommend it. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped, the house is nicely designed and beds super comfortable. Everything is very clean and in good condition. It’s a great base for exploring Osterlen. It was a surprise when we got there to find that the house is attached to a carpentry workshop- it wouldn’t put me off booking again but I’d have preferred to know in advance. Also you CAN hear the train, or more specifically the bell that sounds when the crossing gates are closing. Again, it wouldn’t stop me visiting but if I had known I would have brought ear plugs. Even despite that we loved it!
