You will not find a better host. We mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and Yekaterina went above and beyond what we could have even thought of! She surprised us with all of the finishing touches. She made our stay so special! Her place is amazing! The location, the space, EVERYTHING. She is absolutely incredible and we can't say enough about Yekaterina, her place, and our stay. We have been to a lot of airbnb's and many very nice, but Yekaterina is the absolute best host you will find. You will not be disappointed! This is definitely at the top of our list of "Places to stay and visit again!" Thank you Yekaterina!

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!

La casa estuvo muy acogedora, limpia y cómoda. Había todo lo necesario para ir a la playa, sillas, toldo, toallas, cava… Estaba a muy poca distancia de la playa y de otros lugares de interés. En la cocina tuvimos incluso más de lo que se pudiera esperar para este tipo de alojamientos, por lo que, te podías sentir como en casa. La piscina estaba realmente limpia. En cuanto a este último punto, les recomiendo que sean más claros en cuanto al horario de uso de la piscina y de la BBQ. Entendemos que es un vecindario tranquilo, sin embargo, también deben considerar que no todos los huéspedes son personas ruidosas, también viajamos familias y personas decentes que respetamos las reglas, pero el anuncio debe ser claro y honesto para que uno pueda decidir correctamente. Dicen que las luces encienden y apagan automáticamente PERO NO DICEN QUE UNO NO TIENE CONTROL SOBRE ELLAS. Llegamos de la playa luego de ver el ocaso 8:30PM a hacer BBQ y de repente todo quedó oscuro ESO ESTUVO MUY MAL.

We had the best stay in Sarasota and didn’t want our trip to end! The house was beautiful and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the beach! Michael’s place was very accommodating and has all the amenities. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Loved having access to all the beach chairs and towels. We will for sure be back!!

Great location. 10 min to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries. They even had beach toys for my daughter . The pool was clean and there were plenty of floats and pool toys. I would definitely recommend this house. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Our time at this Airbnb in Siesta Key was amazing! The house was super clean and had an awesome kitchen with everything you could think of, plus more. Great appliances, tons of towels, dishes, some games, TVs with premium channels and more! Outside was just as great. The pool area was covered with mosquito netting, so we could relax without bugs bothering us. The pool was our favorite spot! super clean, and the outdoor BBQ grill was great! The only thing was the master bedroom bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable for us (queen size), but everything else was so good. The neighborhood was really quiet, location was 4 minute drive from the beach. Overall, this Airbnb was one of the best places we've stayed. I would 100% recommend it and would come back! it looks better in real life than the photos.

Our family recently enjoyed staying at The Coastal on Hyde. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decor were both comfortable and beautiful. The pool was probably our favorite feature! Also, it was great to have beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Our hosts checked in with us several times to make sure our needs were being met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-it’s a wonderful property!

Lisa house was and is beautiful you feel right at home. The spa was everything you could ask for it was my 40th birthday and she even had a small cake and balloons for me the was a really nice touch I would recommend anyone looking for a lovely bungalow style home too check Ms.Lisa home out you won’t be disappointed I promise

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

Adam and Sarah were very responsive to my inquiries/requests. The property was clean, well equipped, and decorared nicely. The place was very comfortable. The location was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. The pool area was very nice and private with plenty of amenities like a grill, firepit, heater, etc. Our kids and granddaughter visited us while we were there and we were pleasantly surprised that the property included a high chair, playpen and door alarms that could be activated if necessary. I would recommend staying at Adam and Sarahs property.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Every aspect of the house was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a busy day at the rowing competitions. And, the young crowd loved the arcade room. A definite win. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We had small hiccup with the AC, but it was fixed within hours of contact. The location was perfect for us - 20 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the Nathan Benderson Park. I highly recommend this house. Hope to be back next year!

we just spent a week at Ryan's place and it was amazing! the space was very clean and organized. this was one of the better equipped airbnb homes I have stayed in. the kitchen was well organized and had many convenient items most places do not have. there were beach chairs, sand toys, and even a wagon, which with having three kids was a blessing. the pool was amazing and maintained the temp of 88. I know some previous reviews discussed jet noise, as this is super close to SRQ but the jet noise was not an issue for us, and there were maybe 10 flights a day that we heard. Ryan was great at responding and providing instructions that were essential for our stay. we had a great time and my kids had the best time and are already asking when we can be back.

We had an amazing stay! The house was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and how close it was to Siesta Key—only about 15 minutes, which was perfect since our friends were staying there. The location was great, and the amenities made it feel like home. Stephanie was such a friendly and helpful host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, very clean home in the siesta key area. Larger than most Airbnbs - has five actual bedrooms plus 5 full baths. Would definitely accommodate a larger group. Siesta Key beach is a 5-10 min drive away - note that there is a beach access in walking distance, but it’s more of a sandbar better for fishing. James reached out both before and during our trip to check in, which I appreciate. My family and I would definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculate, with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the game console table, and we spent hours relaxing in the lanai, grilling, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches—and Jen thoughtfully provided all the beach gear we could need. She was a wonderful, thoughtful, and highly responsive host who made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Anna is an amazing host who responds within minutes, if not seconds and extremely accommodating to guest’s needs. Private location and home well equipped with pool, outdoor bar/kitchen, basketball/pickleball court, and even a man cave! Layout is perfect for a larger family and the man cave allows adults and kids/teenagers to have their own space, giving the parents peace and quiet. House is beautifully decorated with a fantastic layout. Would 100% return without thought. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at Muriel’s place. She was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the start. Her recommendations for beaches and food were spot on and really helped us make the most of our trip. The space was spotless, private, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. I’d happily recommend this Airbnb to anyone. Muriel is a fantastic host.
