Additionally, this home is across from Shamrock Park which is full of biking and walking trails with access to the Venetian Waterway & Legacy Trails. Our home features a screened-in lanai with comfy furniture and French doors that open up the area, award winning Casper mattresses, top grain leather furniture, 65" UHD Smart TV w/ Xfinity cable, high speed internet and granite countertops.

Very large and private lot with beautiful mature palms! The home has tray and soaring vaulted ceilings. The whole home opens up onto the pool area with sliders in every room. The bedrooms are configured in a split style with the very large master suite being totally private. Rare beach home for rent left!

Our beautiful vacation pool home is only 200 yds. from Shamrock Park with it's many walking and biking trails along the waterway, within ten minutes of 4 different beaches, just a 4 min. drive from a private beach and 10 mins. from the Brohard dog beach! Our private backyard wraps around our screened in pool/lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have 2 full sized bedrooms as well as a smaller nook off from the garage that includes a full sized bed.
