Vacation rentals with a patio in Siesta Key

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

We only stayed for a couple days, but wish we could’ve stayed longer! The unit was nicely decorated and had everything one could need for even longer stays. Courtney was a great host and promptly responded. We would definitely stay here again!

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location, just a short walk to Siesta Key beach or the town there. The house had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, the beach, etc. The host, Billie, was also very nice and responsive. Highly recommend this stay as it was a great experience!

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the inside was updated very nicely. Liked the location. Not in the middle of the action but you can get there easily. The outdoor area was really nice and we loved the pool. We also liked how close it was to shopping etc. Kyle was very responsive and easy to work with.

This place was great for what we needed. It was extremely clean and pretty spacious for being a studio type unit, also loved the private entrance and how close it was to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. And very fair priced, will definitely come back.

Min was a great host that was responsive and helpful. Place was as advertised. Nice and short walk to the beach. Min allowed us to use the beach and pool before check-in due to our early arrival. The trip and stay was awesome.

We loved our stay at Will’s and felt right at home from the start! Super clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was wonderful and the location nice.

Aubrey’s place is amazing! It’s in a great location close to the best attractions Sarasota has to offer, but you’ll find yourself just wanting to stay inside and enjoy this masterfully decorated space. I cannot exaggerate the fact that it feels like you are stepping into a page in an interior design magazine. Aubrey herself was delightful to communicate with. She left us a very sweet welcome note and little gift. Wish she had a bnb in every town we visit!

We had the best stay in Sarasota and didn’t want our trip to end! The house was beautiful and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the beach! Michael’s place was very accommodating and has all the amenities. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Loved having access to all the beach chairs and towels. We will for sure be back!!

Paradise in Siesta was the perfect property for our vacation! The house is exactly as it is pictured, has everything that we needed, plenty of space, great decor and comfortable beds. It’s a great neighborhood with a private little oasis in the backyard, a great pool with lots of pool toys and there’s also a bathroom right off the pool area which is very convenient so you don’t have to walk through the house all wet. I hyped up the bunk beds to my kids before the trip but didn’t realize that the top bunks don’t have sides so we had an adult in the top bunk instead and she said it was still very comfortable and plenty of room so no big deal! We would absolutely stay here again! And would highly recommend this house to others.

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home in Siesta Key and we absolutely loved it! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The outdoor pool area is great hang out spot and the location of the house is great! We were able to walk to the beach as well as to all the coffee shops and restaurants! We would highly recommend this home!

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures if thats possible. We stayed for a week with 6 adults and 4 grandkids. We had plenty of room to have our own space or be together. We used the pool every day and enjoyed the outdoor seating area so much-or for me, coffee every morning! It was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need :) We grilled several times on the nice grill and blackstone and ate at the poolside table perfect for a large family. Jane provides many fun pool toys, floaties, and everything we needed for our beach trips-cooler, umbrella, towels, sand toys and wagon to tote it all. The Airbnb is in a great location too-beach for swimming, shelling, sunsets, dinner out, and Publix. I can’t speak high enough of the beauty, comfort, and layout of this home. It’s gorgeous, and just what I needed after mourning a loss. Jane was amazing to work with and so attentive and helpful. I feel blessed to have found her, this home and the memories we made

Everything was as described, location is perfect right across Siesta Beach. Restaurants / shops were a short drive away, which was preferable for us traveling with a 5 & 8 year old (did not want to be in middle of chaos). Condo is modern, had everything we needed (including beach toys for kids which was not really expected). Instructions were spot on, did not reach out to Geoff until 2nd to last day of our stay and when I did I got a response back in minutes. Would definitely recommend this rental, it was our first time to Siesta Key, we fell in love with place and plan to be back soon. Geoff was a gracious host, you could tell he wants guests to feel at home & has done a great job accomplishing that

This was our first time to Siesta Key so we weren’t disappointed. . We didn’t get into late and in the dark the place was a little harder to find. The pool is a good landmark. Eric had the home feeling welcoming upon arrival. There was complimentary champagne, red wine, cold waters, and candies. Plenty of towels including a few for pool and beach. Was nice to sit out on the patio in the morning and enjoy the sunshine and some coffee. It was about a mile walk down to the Village where most of the shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do were, but it was an easy walk and/or short trolley ride to get there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

We stayed here for Memorial Day week. This is our first time in the area. It’s a great location with plenty to do within walking distance. The elevator outside the room didn’t work so we used the steps most of the time or walked to the other one. The room was nice and had mostly everything we needed. We will be back. Thank you

We will definitely be back. Such a nice place to stay at. Right on the water. Great pool and great lawn area to watch the boats go by. So close to the beach with all kinds of beach chairs and amenities. The place was very clean neat and updated. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you so much!
