Cottage vacation rentals in Siesta Key

Literally, it was only 2 minutes to the beach! The beach is private and deep! Our villa was festive and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 or 5 people. Didn’t need a car at all: trolley goes up & down the key, from turtle beach to siesta beach and the village every 20 minutes. Ubers/Lyfts were plentiful and fairly priced. $25 to/from SRQ. We prefer off season, so the area was not crowded. Support locals at the village shops, or Instacart/Amazon supplies and groceries. Quarter operated laundry on site. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Casa Blanca vacation rentals- we’ll be back!

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

Amazing location, we were in walking distance of the downtown & the beach. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed. Chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon was provided for our beach trips as well. The sunsets on Seista Key Beach were beautiful. We had some wonderful meals at the local spots, it’s a great place to relax and unwind, very laidback. The host Mark was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

A week of absolute relaxation. Literally 20 steps to the beach. Wonderful sunsets. The community was great extremely friendly people. Will be back again soon.

The Cottage made the perfect home base while seeing friends and exploring nearby attractions. The house was neat and clean, the bed comfortable, and everything looked just as described in the photos. The pool was an added bonus - a great start to every day! The quiet neighborhood was a short drive away from restaurants and nearby cities and beaches. It was a short walk through the neighborhood to the waterfront, a perfect place for watching sunsets. I’d highly recommend staying at Stephen’s Cottage!

This was our 3rd year staying at Kelly's cottage. We always have a wonderful time seeing our family. This cottage is the perfect size, big, roomy, and always squeaky clean !! It has everything you need for your stay. Looking forward to coming back next year !!

The cottage is in a peaceful area of siesta key and the access to the bay was beautiful!

Great place right on Pass-A-Grille. Far enough from the restaurants to be quiet, but close enough to walk/stumble to. Beach access is very close. Parking as easy as possible. Rental was Clean and Plenty of Amenities. Would stay again.

This beach cottage is a perfect place in a very nice beach area. It has walking access to the beach, restaurants, shops. We also discovered the Freebee ride service—a golf cart on call that will take you a bit farther. The cottage itself couldn’t have been nicer. It was clean, fresh, well-equipped and very comfortable.

Absolutely — here’s the updated version with that added: ⸻ Wonderful apartment. Very clean and nicely decorated. We didn’t cook more than coffee because the island’s restaurants were great, but the kitchen looked well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of soft towels. The private gardens and fountains were lovely. Walk right across the street to the beach and under a mile to good coffee and food. The management was quick, attentive, and detail-oriented with their responses to my questions. The beaches are very walkable, and the island is also super bike-friendly and you can easily reach beautiful, secluded beaches that way. Definitely try Mademoiselle’s Paris restaurant—great food, and Chuck played guitar the night we were there. I also liked Hurricane Hanks and The Sandbar. Really nice beach vacation. Great apartment in a beautiful location.

Great place located within walking distance of Nokomis beach and beach bars/restaurants. Few minutes drive to Venice for numerous other food options, along with fast food on the main road nearby. Very peaceful location.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the "All Hands on Deck" cottage in the Casa Limomada resort. The cottage is bright and airy and surprisingly large. The decor can be described as eclectic/whimsical/Tropical/beach/retro. Very comfortable and inviting. A washer and dryer (nice to have) are very conveniently situated just outside the back door off of the kitchen. Great location less than a block from the beautiful Lido public beach and an easy hike to the St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants.

We loved staying here. The views from the home are incredible. Especially the sunset. Having the beach as your front yard was an unbelievable experience. True old Florida vibes. The proximity (walkable) to Publix was fantastic for groceries.

This was our second summer in a row staying at the cottages. We always have a blast.

Great home and location with all the amenities that we needed. We walked and rode our bikes all over, and enjoyed the local restaurants.

House is very nice and comfortable in great location on the island. Location was outstanding few steps from the beach less than five minutes walk beach furniture are not enough for the number of people so plan ahead how you’re gonna get beach furniture from Goodwill or people who are already leaving. It’s very convenient to be close from anywhere on the island And there are restaurants and gift shops five minutes walking from there. Kitchen was great and very well equipped the pool and the hot tub was amazing. Furniture overall was very comfortable but if you use special pillows bring it with you. The isolated room is a great plus but two rooms have no privacy at all and one of the bathrooms doesn’t even lock They take the number of people in the house very seriously so if u have friends with u in the trip but not staying in the same house don’t invite them over. Cheryl was a good communicator even after check out. Love Anna Maria and will be back soon

We had the best time - it was everything we could've wanted in a rental! This was our first time staying in Holmes Beach and we loved it. The house is close to everything in town. We used and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that Craig provides - the golf cart (a must!), beach cruisers, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool, hot tub and hammock were also a highlight for us. We can't wait to come back!

All New inside all linens, furniture, floors, impeccable, and perfectly decorated for this island-feel. Great location-3 min walk to the beach entrance, and a couple blocks from golf cart/bike rentals, liquor, store, Café and the causeway. The property management was easily accessible.

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.
