Vacation rentals with breakfast in Siesta Key

Great space to stay in Venice. Close to the Legacy Trail which is awesome when you have a pet. The home is located in a great spot - minutes to the beach and shopping. We didnt mind the busy road and you couldnt hear any road noise in the house itself - especially where the bedrooms are located. Kitchen is so great - everything you need. And the bathrooms felt like a luxury splurge for the price point. Will stay again!

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! We loved our stay. Would definitely book here again. Just me and the husband this time, but would be a great place to relax with friends and family by the pool. Nice, peaceful, and private. Lovely first impression on the drive up. It felt like staying a luxurious treehouse.

I would highly recommend staying at this home. It is intuitively stocked as if the owners lived in it. I brought my own toiletries and kitchen supplies and toys, unknowingly that the home had everything a traveler would need. From the seasonings to the boogie boards and sand buckets, this house has what you need to experience, a beach house at its best. It is a well-located home. While my little kids were not able to walk to Shell or Siesta Beach, we were able to get to the beach within a short drive. The most memorable moment was being able to relax while my kids were out catching lizards, playing tennis, basketball or swimming in the pool all while I was cooking or reading from the luxury of the home. If there was one thing that varied from the photos, the kayaks were not available. The recent hurricanes have damaged the docks. I would return home in a heart beat if my job paide me more or gave me more time away :) Thank you Brett and Cyndi.

Clean place, spacious , ten minutes from the beach .

What an amazing place for our extended family to stay! Much better than everyone in separate rooms at a hotel. The property was exactly as described. The house was clean, lots of places to sit and gather in small and large groups, and the pool was absolutely perfect! Bill and Heather were quick to respond to questions. We used the grill several times, and found all of the dishes we needed for preparing meals. The neighborhood was quiet, and yet close to the stores if you needed to run out to get something. Overall a great place to stay, and would highly recommend to others!

We stayed for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect place for a girl's trip. We spent the weekend hanging out in the pool. They had corn hole, a putting green and a nice bar area outside. They also had surround sound system so we could play music inside and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Willman's home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and most of all it felt like home. I felt very safe in this beautiful neighborhood. It was close to the Conference Center where we were attending meetings all week. I really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. We have stayed in many homes but "The Fountain" tops them all! The host Willman was very attentive to our needs. You can't go wrong renting this home.

We just got back from a weekend getaway here and cannot say enough great things about this property. The unit was spotless and felt extremely clean, we could not have been more comfortable during our stay. They have everything you need for a great day at the beach - umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and wagons. There were always plenty available for us to use. This property has several units on it however we did not run into any other guests during our entire stay and it felt very private. We even used the hot tub and pool one evening! The host was very flexible and accommodated us for early check in and late check out which was amazing. The unit was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and to the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. Truly one of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed at and will not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Siesta Key!!!

Great Pass-a-grille location, just steps to beach access and food.

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Loved visiting Pass-a-Grille and Maryann’s place! Everyone was so nice and even held a rooftop Happy Hour just for us one night. Great spot to completely relax and enjoy the beautiful beach! See you next time!

We were very pleased with our bradenton florida vacation! Jolien and Tobi made us feel very welcome and we settled right in so easily—comfortable king size bed, washer/dryer, easy sunny kitchen, nice dishwasher, and beach chairs—-(even a fountain view)—truly hated to leave!

We loved staying at Maryann’s place on pass a grille! It was walkable to the beach and other restaurants..as well as easy to get downtown at night. The rooftop has great views, the staff was really accommodating. We will be back!!

Amazing extremely clean accommodations! The owners are so Inviting and caring! Breakfast was the best! Seriously worth every $$ spent!

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

Geena's place is truly a hidden gem. Peaceful, clean, comfortable, private. Geena is an amazing, accommodating and thoughtful host. Lots of goodies already in the room, same with bathroom toiletries. Bed was so comfy, water temp and pressure in shower amazing. 5 stars for the place and 6 stars for the host. Would most definitely recommend! P.S. Try Geena's cookies and milkshakes!

Andrea and Ken made us feel like family. They had all the accommodations for our 7 month old girl. They loved having her there. They made sure we were comfortable, safe, and well fed. The place was quiet and private. Wonderful hosts and very kind.
