Overall an ok place, looks better on pictures, definitely an older home vibe.

Beautiful house just like the pictures. The beach accessories were a great bonus. The pool area was enjoyable and relaxing. Our group of 8 had a great time and would highly recommend.

We had such an incredible time staying at this property! It has everything! Plenty to do even on rainy days. Can’t say enough about it. We had 8 adults and a baby and king beds for everyone which is hard to find. So private in the back yard and unique!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, local guidebooks, and extra towels. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and within a few miles away there is great restaurants and shops. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. They even gave us great local recommendations that made our trip even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I took my entire family to Sarasota as a Christmas present. The trip was everything and more! Karen was a great host and our Airbnb was perfect! We felt right at home in this beautiful space and enjoyed every minute! Would definitely go back in a heartbeat to make more amazing memories!

The home was beautiful, It was move in ready, equipped with all the features of home and more. Each room had plush bath robes. It was beach ready, equipped with beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, and mats. Even though we did not have a baby or small children, a high chair and sleeping equipment was available. The Pool area was clean and very comfortable. Great selection of spices for cooking. Attention could have been given to the oven. The management team was welcoming and extremely responsive to needs concerning the property. Great find. Highly recommend.

We were a group of 7 in town for a family wedding (Myself and our wife with my mother and our two adult children with their significant others).We had more than enough space and could’ve comfortably fit more if we’d needed to. The place was clean, had the amenities we needed, quiet location. We used the pool and walked to the beach- in less than 8 minutes!! Having beach chairs available was a nice touch because tho we were very busy with wedding things we did have half a day to enjoy the area but didn’t bring those types of items with us. We had one minor maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. Our only complaint would be we didn’t have more time to enjoy the place since we had family obligations. All 7 of us (ages 23-81) agreed we would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay, we had a family of 6 for a7 day vacation. The house is beautiful, everything top notch, outside area has a huge pool and beautiful hot tub. Great sitting area outside with comfortable seating outside with a TV. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay in Sarasota! This home is really new, so all of the linens, towels, furniture, etc. were fresh and clean. There were a few things missing from the home but I’m sure Sean and his team will make sure everything needed will be addressed and stocked. They seem to be helpful and responsive!

amazing view! amazing surroundings to hike around and look at things. I've been to this house more than once and will definitely go back again. the cleaning person was so nice that she put in our groceries that we had delivered and even organized them. they're always quick to respond. very nice people! pictures are true and better in person

This Airbnb was absolutely worth booking! The unique charm of the home’s structure stands out right away it’s full of character yet feels surprisingly spacious and never cramped. Although I didn’t get to swim, I did dip my feet in the pool and was impressed by how crystal clear and clean it was, with no overwhelming chlorine smell. The backyard area is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. Location-wise, it truly doesn’t get any better. You’re just a 4-minute drive to fantastic restaurants, and a quick walk along the nearby pier gives you a lovely view of the boats. There’s also a grocery store less than 3 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient, this was a business trip but as a mom of 3 having grocery store with pharmacy close by is the best  Even though I didn’t make it to the beach, I appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs and a boogie board available for use. And the host, James, was phenomenal.

The house was perfect! Just as described and a great layout for a large family. The amenities were awesome especially the outdoor space with the pool and spa and outdoor TV. Very kid friendly with toys and crib and highchair. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the in law suite was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. While our girls enjoyed the pool, our boy was casting his fishing pole from sun up to sun down. It is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to the tourist areas to drive to them in 10-15 minutes. Amy is absolutely a 5- star host and if we’re ever in the area again, we will ABSOLUTELY book this home again.

Place was as listed. Nadia and Serge were very responsive. We did have an issue with the pool and they sent over the pool tech. We enjoyed our stay.

Michael was great from the beginning. Easy to communicate with :) kept in touch gave us ideas for things to do, eat and shopping. We were a family of 15 the space was great. The main house was all open, couch was huge big enough for our whole family to have movie night! Thanks so much Michael.

This stay was very good. The outdoor space was excellent. The grille worked without having to find a lighter or matches, which its often not what you find. Lots of sitting space. Beds were comfortable. A/C easily kept up with the 90+ degrees outside. Kitchen was very well supplied with utensil’s, pots and pans, and plates. The pools was clean and enjoyed by my family. I loved the outdoor TV! Will absolutely mark this as a favorite.

The place was spacious and filled with natural light. Rooms had plenty of extra blankets and pillows, laundry room was a dream; lots of towels, ironing board and iron, enough of detergent pods. Dishwasher was working well and had enough pods to use. Pool and outside area was better than expected! Outdoor shower was a bonus too!! Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this rental. We had everything that we would have ever needed. Check-in was easy and home was well equipped with everything! Fully fenced in yard was great for our pup! We will definitely return. Shawn was great at being pro-active on sending us instructions on how to access code to get in. It was easy breezy! We thank you! We come to the Sarasota/Siesta Key area once a year and we would stay here again! Thanks

We loved the house and Larisa was great very responsive. We had some issues and the host did everything they could to address the issues immediately. Pool was perfect the fact that it was heated made it nice to use day and night. The layout of the house was amazing can't wait to go back. Location to Lido Key and Siesta Key was awesome. Backyard was perfect for my dogs.
