Cottage vacation rentals in Sarasota County

Marc and Dave were incredible. They were responsive and proactive! I will definitely be back. We had a family of 7 and even though it was small, we were comfortable. The bikes were an added bonus and amazing to use for our trips to the Daiquiri Deck! Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had an amazing time and would 10000% recommend this place. Traveling with 5 kids can be stressful and they made accommodations seamless!

This place was wonderful! And so are the hosts! So beautiful, very clean, well stocked & well appointed home. I SOOO VERY MUCH LOVED staying here. You can be sure that you will be well tended to AND have your own private space. Plenty of room. Dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, towels, washer/dryer…everything you need! I can’t say enough about how accommodating & kind the owners are from afar & just how great this place is. Thank you, Andrea and Jennifer!

We had a great trip and loved our stay at the cottage! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog. The cottage was well stocked with everything you may need. We also liked that there were no stairs. The courtyard was very pretty and had games set up. It was a short, pleasant walk to Crescent Beach, our favorite beach in the area. It’s beautiful, less crowded than Siesta Beach, and a great spot for shelling. During low tide we were able to get to Point of Rocks and that area is so beautiful! Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

We had a great stay at this home! While the house is older, it’s very well maintained and clean, with plenty of towels and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The location was convenient, less than 15 minutes from the beach, and the beautiful heated pool and spa were definitely highlights for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.

The Pink Pineapple Cottage was exactly as the listing described. It is such a cute little cottage. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was a short drive to Nokomis Beach and North Jetty Beach. It was less than a half an hour drive to Siesta Key and Manasota Key beaches. It is a nice quiet and private area. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. If we visit this area again, this would be our first choice.

This house was easy to find & it looked just like the photos. The location was very convenient—only 5 miles from Siesta Key beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Amazing location, we were in walking distance of the downtown & the beach. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything we needed. Chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon was provided for our beach trips as well. The sunsets on Seista Key Beach were beautiful. We had some wonderful meals at the local spots, it’s a great place to relax and unwind, very laidback. The host Mark was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful home, great energy with beautiful artwork. Nadja was a wonderful host.

We mostly used the place to sleep as our Venice children’s family keep us very busy providing meals, transportation etc. However we used the kitchen to eat snacks and doggy bag food from restaurants. Plus we used clothes washer and dryer too. By using the facility even this much we did discover how well the place is set up and fully functional. We enjoyed the place and will try to book it again in any future trips to the area.

The unit was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Parking was right in front. Lots of pretty trees. Interior was nicely decorated with everything you could need including a hair dryer & coffee maker. Bed & couch were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great place. Clean and quiet and perfect for what I needed. Had a back patio and grill, and spacious living room. It was a bit difficult to find the exact cottage. Location was perfect. Barb is responsive and kind. Bring quarters for the laundry in case you need to do laundry in the on-site laundry room, as the app didn't work. I would definitely stay again.

Jim's surf shack is the perfect siesta key get away. The walk up to it through the courtyard was so inviting every time. Inside was spotless, had everything I could ask for including complementary k cups. His dock across the street is the perfect place for a morning coffee or nightcap. Jim was also an extremely pleasant host. Although not always guaranteed, he offered me early check-in that was quite earlier than normal. Due to timing, I could not take advantage of it but it just shows how gracious of a host he is. 5* through and through and I cannot wait to come back to the shack!

Great place located within walking distance of Nokomis beach and beach bars/restaurants. Few minutes drive to Venice for numerous other food options, along with fast food on the main road nearby. Very peaceful location.

This whimsical beach cottage was exactly what we needed after Hurricane Milton. The house was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. It was unfortunate to see the devastation from the hurricane around the property, but thankfully Andrew’s place was seemingly untouched. We’re very happy for you! Thank you for providing a great place to enjoy the bay and the beach!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the "All Hands on Deck" cottage in the Casa Limomada resort. The cottage is bright and airy and surprisingly large. The decor can be described as eclectic/whimsical/Tropical/beach/retro. Very comfortable and inviting. A washer and dryer (nice to have) are very conveniently situated just outside the back door off of the kitchen. Great location less than a block from the beautiful Lido public beach and an easy hike to the St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Magnolia cottage. Easy drive to the beach. Very clean, felt safe. It was nice that Karmen reached out to me to make sure we got checked in without any problem.

Our third time staying at this wonderful cottage, we love it. It is spacious, quiet, nicely decorated, and has very comfortable furnishings. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer it is like a home away from home.

House was very cozy comfortable and relaxing , Choose from many beaches around area , would stay there again.

Loved staying at Carolyn’s place - only wish we could have stayed longer! The place is super accessible to different parts of town - in a peaceful neighborhood, and very comfortable accommodations. Carolyn was super friendly and responsive - highly recommend!
