Large room with Balcony (5persons) + Medium room with semi double bed (3persons). There are two bed rooms on the second floor, each with a key lock for privacy and security. This entire home is very good for two families, couples and groups. You can use all first floor living spaces and garden patio. When in season season, BBQ or coffee in the garden is beautiful.

It is located in a dense area in Otsu, close to Ishiyama Station and Keihan Karabashi Station, but it is located on a small hill, so you can spend your time relaxing without worrying much about the surrounding eyes (there are stairs, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility).
