Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Shiga

Quaint area!

It is very convenient to go to Inari Taisha, and the surroundings are also very convenient. The bedding is very clean and comfortable. Although the area is not very large, the space is well used. There are two bathrooms and two bathrooms. We are a group of 6 people, and it is very convenient for two families.The host arranged pick-up and drop-off, and we were delayed for a long time when we arrived. The host was very patient, thank you!

A very nice apartment, with great design and in a good location. Has 2 toilets and 2 showers, which makes it great for families. About 150m away from the nearest convenience store and about 200m away from the nearest bus stop. The host is very nice, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Really great place for exploring Kyoto and relaxing afterwards! The host is absolutely fantastic, always ready to assist with whatever issues you might have. The space itself is quite modern as well, with a few details that are quite uncommon but make the place that much better for it. Safe to say it is one of my favourites so far.

The house offers an authentic experience of a traditional Japanese home. Spacious, has spaces for guest room, living room, kitchen, bedroom, storage, dressing and a cute little backyard. Loved the bathroom amenities and enjoyed the bathing tub. The hosts were very kind and waited for us to arrive. They welcomed us in and walked us through all the amenities and operations in the house. They also showed us bus routes to all the popular Kyoto spots laid out on a map. They even provided a bike for our grocery runs etc. Everything we ended up needing was in the house, like umbrellas, full-length mirror, extra stools, washer-dryer. The backyard is smoking-friendly. Overall, very happy that we decided to stay at this property.

Our group of 3 couples loved staying at Patrick and Akiko's house. It was an excellent combination of traditional Japanese with modern amenities. We especially appreciated the separate living area with couches where we could sit, hang out and discuss our adventures from the day. The hosts also provided some tea for people to enjoy. The hosts shared places to visit and local restaurants, which was very thoughtful. The laundry was a little confusing, but we eventually figured it out. The house is very conveniently located near a train station, allowing us to go out on day trips to Himeji castle, Kobe and Osaka. 2 of the rooms have Western-style raised beds, and the 3rd room had Japanese futon matresses. Umbrellas were also provided for use during our stay. Patrick and Akiko clearly put a lot of thought into their guests. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This trip to Kyoto was very pleasant, and the most important part was staying in this cozy and convenient homestay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a ten-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and there are convenience stores and small restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for travel and living. The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very thoughtful. The small details also reflect the owner's care and aesthetics - such as aromatherapy, slippers, kitchen items, etc., which make people feel as comfortable as home. The bathroom has good water pressure and plenty of hot water; the bed is soft and comfortable, and you can really rest well after a day. Special thanks to the Host for his thoughtfulness and patience. He took the initiative to send us detailed transportation guides and precautions before check-in. The bilingual information in Chinese and Japanese saved us a lot of trouble.When we checked out, we were in a hurry because of our itinerary, and the Host was very understanding and accommodating, thank you very much! Next time I come to Kyoto, I would like to stay here again and would recommend it to friends!💖

Beautiful place, cute neighborhood and great food spots nearby plus a 7-Eleven was in walking distance which was really convenient. Loved the beautiful tub that looked into a garden - kids really enjoyed using it. Slept comfortably. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. We frequented an awesome bakery in a nearby hotel lobby for breakfast.

We stayed at Shi's place as a group of 7 and absolutely loved it! It was a beautiful space and we loved the Japanese style architecture - it truly enhanced our Kyoto experience. A highlight of the space was the common living room area as well as the small bar. It made for a great space to have a night in with friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house, perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby. My husband and I chose the tatami-style room to sleep with our baby, and it was a cozy and special experience. The house is located near the lakeside and close to the train tracks, a bit of a distance from town, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we had rented a car. We also made good use of the kitchen and even enjoyed a late-night supper together. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing house with a luxurious feel. Very private and quiet, but very close to all the spots you want to visit - just a short subway ride away!!

An absolutely perfect spot in a quieter neighborhood in Kyoto with easy access to metro and walkable to other major areas of the city. Loved the spaces and rooms having the traditional Japanese with modern twists.

The place is as described in a quiet neighborhood, good for walking around to appreciate the beautiful flowers in front of some houses. There are grocery stores within ~20 mins walk downhill to a main street of the area. It was very helpful to have a pick up and drop off to the subway station services by the owner.

Great place, plenty of room for sleeping and bathrooms. Great location, easy to get on the LUUP bikes and ride around.

We had a great vacation with very polite service.

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

It was very clean and the HDMI cable was also available, which was very helpful!

8 of us used it, and it was very well equipped We had a comfortable stay. Also, the weather on the day was bad and the temperature was low, but the wood stoves inside and outside were fresh and warm, and it was great. I want to book next time during a warm season.
