Vacation rentals with lake access in Sévrier

We had a great time in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms are very nice, the pool is safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

Beautiful place with wonderful view

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the listing is perfect for taking full advantage of the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids enjoyed it a lot, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

I booked Marie-Christine's place to propose to my spouse, and the surprise was there! I would recommend this place without a second thought: everything was perfect!

We had a lovely weekend with a couple of friends. The apartment may lack a living room but the dining table did the trick. It was clean, well maintained and very well equipped for a short-term rental. The view from one of the bedrooms is remarkable, the location is 5 minutes from the city by car and on the bike path of the lake is ideal. Thank you for the welcome files with all the activity recommendations in the apartment. The bikes were also very useful and in good condition. I recommend 200%! Thank you for these services.

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

We had a wonderful family stay in this lovely apartment. Francine and Thibault were reactive, friendly and professional! Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). Walking into Catherine’s apartment was such a treat. It is an oasis of style and elegance. The bonus is that it is a supremely comfortable and well set up apartment in a brilliant location for exploring Annecy. A perfect combination. It’s a truly special place and I feel so fortunate to have stayed there.

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

Very welcoming home, very well maintained, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. Interior and exterior were great. We spent a weekend with the children and grandchildren (9) to celebrate my retirement. Young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and location by the water. Thank you.
