Vacation rentals with lake access in Sévrier

We had a great time in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms are very nice, the pool is safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

Violaine is incredibly kind, making herself available whenever needed, and the accommodation near the lake is just perfect for a relaxing stay. Very functional studio, close to many shops. Sparkling clean. Very interesting parking space, right in front of the studio. I highly recommend it. For my part... I'll be back!

Very beautiful and nice house. Perfect for a small family with the beach a few minutes' walk away. Need a bike to go to Annecy but largely doable.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the listing is perfect for taking full advantage of the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids enjoyed it a lot, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

An ideal place for us. In a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, right on the lake, swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling. Everything possible. We felt very comfortable in Bruno's apartment. We didn't miss anything.

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). Spacious and comfortable accommodation with sober but elegant Scandinavian style furniture. Good beds and modern and functional bathroom. The large living room allowed us to be very comfortable. The terrace at the entrance is also pleasant and convenient. It's close to all shops and activities. A great plan for our 4-day stay.

This is a wonderful spacious apartment. It’s got great views over the lake and the old town. Close to all the towns action, but quiet, due to the solid building and double glazing. Great shopping, bike rental and restaurant tips,too.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

Very welcoming home, very well maintained, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. Interior and exterior were great. We spent a weekend with the children and grandchildren (9) to celebrate my retirement. Young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and location by the water. Thank you.
