In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Wooden chalet with two bedrooms and sofa bed in the “Camping de la Nublière”. Our chalet was recently renovated and now has wifi, a large garden and bicycles for your use. Direct access to a private beach, the port and all the camping facilities including spa (paid) and the kids clubs. A perfect spot to enjoy the mountains and the lake as a family or with friends. Plus, we have the same chalet next door for 4 extra people.
