Vacation rentals with beach access in Sévrier

Pleasant, comfortable apartment, it has all the essentials to stay. Quiet residence. Very well located in the city center and 20 min walk to the lake, enough to make pleasant walks. Buses 5min to reach Annecy easily. Very nice welcome from Carole. Small downside 3rd floor without elevator but we organize quickly. The little plus the large balcony with a view of the Semnoz.

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who hosted us for their kindness and hospitality.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with sober but elegant Scandinavian style furniture. Good beds and modern and functional bathroom. The large living room allowed us to be very comfortable. The terrace at the entrance is also pleasant and convenient. It's close to all shops and activities. A great plan for our 4-day stay.

Ideally located apartment, with a great lake view. Clean, impeccable bedding, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Jean-François and his wife are welcoming and allowed us to arrive early to settle in. We'll be happy to go back!

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

This is a great place right next to the lake. It has a parking space, it was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it has both a washing and drying machine, which we found very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. The only thing to keep in mind is that the third bedroom in the attic has a very narrow staircase (so probably best for younger people) and that a couple of windows in this particular bedroom have regular blinds (rather than blackout blinds), so the room gets bright very early in the morning.

If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb…. look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This place is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a nice setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the listing is perfect for taking full advantage of the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids enjoyed it a lot, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but that didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Studio ideally located in a fairly quiet building, very clean and with everything you need. Very fluid communication with the owners. There's nothing to complain about, I recommend this listing :)

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.
