Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

We had a fantastic stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was well appointed with great design features. The location was great for easy access to the town and the lake. We used the bikes that were available too. We would certainly look to return on a future visit to Annecy.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Beautiful place!! Can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest, the road in front of the house is a bit loud, but besides that, our stay was fantastic

We loved staying at Anne’s place, the house is beautiful and designed very well. The pictures don’t do it justice, the garden is lush and beautiful and the views of the forrest are magical. She was communicating very well and was always available, even left us an amazing gift upon arrival. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. We had a great time at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Elisabeth and Frédéric were very good tips and available. We'll be happy to go back.

An amazing stay facing the mountains. The accommodation is well equipped and perfectly decorated. In addition, Florence and Eric are responsive and very accommodating.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We are extremely pleased with our stay. Maryse did everything to make us feel at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches (brioches and bottle of rosé on arrival). Very good bedding. Nothing to say about the linens, very well supplied. In short, if we have to come back to Annecy, it will be at Maryse's.

perfect location across the street from the lake

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
