Just ust a 700m walk from the lake! Newly renovated, it includes a terrace, private parking, and free WiFi. Best bakery in Sévrier 3 min walk, Lidl 5 min. 1 bedroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linens are provided. An outdoor dining area is available for your enjoyment. The garden is currently in a naturalistic style as we finalize the house's touches this summer. This flat is for 1-2 adults only. Pets and children are not allowed.
