great location and fun place to stay!

My fiance and I have always wanted to visit Seattle. When we came across Aaron's Airbnb, we fell in love. The pictures on their page is exactly how it is in person. The view of the water was beautiful. Even though the property is shared with others, I never bumped into anyone and it was very private. Definitely would book again!

Ken’s place was the perfect stay for us! The location was fantastic—we were able to keep our car parked in the locked, secure garage all weekend and was able to walk to pike’s place and the space needle easily. We loved how safe and secure the building was. Ken did a walk through with us to show us the amenities and made us feel welcomed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Seattle!

Nice little micro studio close to good Ballard spots, surprisingly spacious. Seems to be a small converted storefront. There's no kitchen or sink other than a small one in the bathroom. The unit was really comfortable and clean and perfect for having a simple place to stay for a couple days, but any longer and you'll probably want somewhere with a kitchen. Other than that it had everything you could need Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place. Quiet, super clean, safe, and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The value of this place for the daily rate is more than fair. It was great having a place with a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. Very convenient for exploring Tacoma and other areas due to it's central location. The hosts created a really nice place, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend this place to other people.

We loved the neighborhood and this place was walking distance to lots of great coffee spots and restaurants. Comfy bed and great living space to relax in. We would recommend!

The view!!!!! You can sit out on the porch for hours, it’s so peaceful and beautiful. The house is clean and beds are comfy. It’s situated in a beautiful neighborhood with easy parking and walkable to restaurants and shops. Loved our stay and wished we were able to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Great location with all the amenities to feel at home. Read the instructions to locate the space and once you know the alley it's easy. Appreciate the dedicated parking spot and easy to get from car to home. Primary bed was a bit too soft for me and the soap dispensers in kitchen and 1st floor bathroom didn't work. I would recommend.

Warning - if you stay here, you won’t want to leave! What an absolutely gorgeous house in a fantastic neighborhood! The home was so thoughtfully decorated and put together. The beds were SO comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture! Malcolm was responsive to any questions that came up, and was a delight to talk to. Check in and check out were both super easy. It was such a wonderful stay, we didn’t want to leave! We’d go back in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend enough!

The house is roomy and spacious. Lots of different places to gather and hang out. It's pretty remote, I would suggest bringing food on arrival as the closest store is 20 minute drive. You can't beat the views as it might be the most special part of the house. Perfect place to relax and recharge.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

Everything was lovely, just as described. Unit was a little hard to find but Cassandra's directions helped immensely. Quiet neighborhood but close to 522 and I5. Unit was clean, nice kitchen, big TV in living room space, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Cassandra responded to all questions very quickly. Will definitely stay here again if it's available next time we visit our kid in Seattle.

Very convenient location for a Seattle stay… cute neighborhood & very close to the bus. Place was really clean. Would be happy to stay here again. Only challenge to note (which the listing is clear about) are the stairs to one of the beds/loft area are steep (so lugging a big suitcase is a challenge).

This is a stunning home. The city view is spectacular. The cleanliness would pass a white glove 🧤 inspection 🧐. My group was blown away. I day dreamed about living there the whole of our stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting our host on arrival. She is lovely. Clear, friendly instructions. We honored the no shoes request with pleasure. The house was spotless. Thank you again. This place sets the standard in the short term rental business.

Stayed a this little gem of a spot for a week in Seattle. It was fantastic. It's right off of some of the main Capitol Hill streets where there are great restaurants, bars and stores. Awesome view of the Seattle skyline, including the Space Needle and the Olympic Mountains as well. In a relatively quiet, safe neighborhood too. Very clean and great value! Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay at Brianne’s place, great location surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, the place is very cozy and clean. We never get tired of the view of the balcony! Highly recommended!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It has stunning views of both Mt. Rainer and the city. Nice privacy in a quiet part of town, but only a short 20 min drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were also super friendly and attentive!

We were in Seattle for 1 night before boarding a cruise ship but Bulent’s place was as advertised and perfect for what we needed. Great apartment, location and host! I highly recommend!

Great value, great view of the space needle. Very convenient location. Easy to get in and out of. Clean. Everything is as pictured. Perfect for someone who just wants a place to sleep but will be moving around the city the rest of the day. Indoor parking provided. They do request you throw out all trash from all bins the end of the stay, which I thought was odd since the cleaners come thru after, but the trash chute is right outside the apartment so it's not terribly inconvenient. Overall, recommended!!

This was an amazing place to stay very secure in the condo and the parking space provided! The condo it self was very cute and well decorated the bed was very comfortable and the view of the city was great!! It was in a great location lots of restaurants were a short walk away! Overall an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again!

We had to book a place downtown for a family emergency. Kartik provided a clean, beautiful, cozy home. Our 9 + 12 yr old loved the Nintendo switch. We were able to access everything we love about Seattle via free shuttle, ferry, and electric scooter/bikes. As previous locals, we really enjoyed nostalgia and the remodel of Alaskan way. We loved Anthony's, Ivar's, 3 sisters, bagel bop, and bought lots of groceries from pikes market (fruit, veggies, pasta, seafood). (avoid great state burger). By the end of our stay the farmers knew us at the market! also, stop into kitchen + market for some great drinks and pre-made meals. thank you again for your hospitality!
