Impeccable, newly renovated space nestled among giant trees. Complete with hardwood floors, skylights and cathedral ceilings. You'll wake up each morning in the loft with views of the Olympic Mountains. The outdoor deck overlooks a yard with huge redwoods and a water feature. This one bedroom loft is a fully detached independent ADU on the property behind our home. We live on the main property and are generally nearby if needed; however, the loft is designed with respect for your privacy.

Our guest house is located in the Eastlake neighborhood. Our home is situated between downtown Seattle and the University of Washington. We love hosting guests and meeting people from all over the world. We are exploring our city in new ways, boat share rentals, intercity trails and outdoor dining with wonderful lake views. Our favorite restaurants, coffeehouse and pubs are all within walking distance. I’m happy to provide restaurant or activity recommendations in the seattle area

Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.
