Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.
