Garden Cottage is my family and friends' studio rest space when they are in town. When they are not, this airy and peaceful cottage in my garden is a perfect place for you to hunker down with work or make your cozy base during your time in Seattle. The cottage is within walking or short biking distance to several recommendable restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Stay warm by the fire, whether on the built-in seating around the fire pit, or inside, on the sectional sofa by the linear gas fireplace below the Samsung frame TV. The beach is a short walk down the neighborhood stairs just past the quaint Italian restaurant, La Rustica. If you’re up for a longer excursion, then a 15-20 min walk will lead you to the center of Alki with plenty of restaurants and activities for all!
