Vacation rentals in Seacrest

By far, this is my favorite place to stay on 30a. This is our second trip back to this condo and our fifth trip back to the Inlet Beach area!! The access to the water is perfect! The private beach access is the best. I have nothing but positive things to say and we will be back!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to rent bikes or have a walkable area to be in. The beach, not something the host is responsible for, is a bit crowded. If you are staying in Seacrest and want a 1 bedroom - this is your place!

We had a wonderful first 30A stay, first time with our two corgis too. The property was absolutely stunning, great layout, we stayed upstairs in a bedroom next to the kids room where our 4year old slept - he had the best time playing pirates on the bunk bed. The downstairs master was also clean and very peaceful, the closet had dog crates ready for use, so we kept our doggies there during our outings and nights. It was such a calming space they settled right in. The property is on the end of a road, a kind of a cul de sac, so I found it more private with having another house only on one side. The community pool is less than 50ft away, and the new looking golf cart takes you to the opposite end of the community where you find your private beach access. Stunning views from the beach staircase!! We rented bikes and had brunches at nearby restaurants, Rosemary beach is such a picturesque place with great dinner options, Big Chill a cool hangout. We will be back next year!!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

Perfect for our Honeymoon! Private and comfortable. Fabulous 30a location!! One of the rare beach access points is right down the street plus bikes and beach chairs available to get there easily. Wonderful responsive host. Great Pool, hot tub and outdoor shower!

Great place! Very nice and clean townhouse with a convenient covered parking spot underneath the townhouse. Very short walk to the private beach which was amazing and less busy than other beaches along 30a. Small outdoor pool right next to the townhouse which was great for the kids when they wanted a break from the beach. Very convenient publix grocery nearby. Not many walkable restaurants nearby but would gladly trade that for the less crowded area and beach.

Jackie’s place was perfect! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, in walking distance both to the pavilion at The Villages/Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, including beach chairs which was a great surprise because we thought we’d have to go without since we didn’t rent any on the beach. The beach tram was a great service, with the stop right outside of the unit making beach access so quick and convenient. Jackie also messaged a thorough and thoughtful list of local recommendations, which was a wonderful touch! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at liv's place for our babymoon! The complex was in a great location,close to everything you need in walking distance! Right in the complex they had multiple food options, a grocery store, bicycle rentals and more. The amenities were fabulous. Easy check in and clear instructions. We got there early in the morning and were able to drop our bags in the room allowing us to spend the day at the pool! The trolley that takes you to the beach was so easy to navigate and the beach was great! The apartment even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Communication with the host was seamless and the response was always speedy! She laid out everything we needed to know and answered all questions we had. Rosemary beach was a short walk which we enjoyed doing every morning to grab a coffee and take in the beautiful scenery. Restaurants were delicious and fairly easy to book a few days in advance or walk in. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

This beach condo was so lovely and cozy! Beautiful private view of the gulf, super comfortable furniture and vibe. Great location see and enjoy all of 30-A. We have been going to 30-A beachfront for over 10 years and this was our favorite condo. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was secluded enough to where it still felt private and peaceful but also walkable to the beach. Driving distance to all the action/restaurants. Super clean and homey.

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful and convenient!

The location of this rental property was perfect! About a 10 min walk to Seacrest beach access, 15 min walk to Rosemary beach area, and 12 min walk to Alys beach area. The suite itself was clean and the perfect amount of space for 2 people. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Would stay here again!

Our stay in this is beautiful home was absolutely perfect. I cannot even begin to describe how much we loved our weekend away in Christine and Nick’s lovely home. Not only was it even more beautiful in person, but they truly had everything we could ever need plus incredible local recommendations around the area. They were so accommodating and responsive to every need or question we had. We absolutely want to come back and plan to rebook this gorgeous house for our next trip! Thank you all so much!!

We loved this spot! Location wise you can’t beat it being right near the beach, big chill, and a short drive from Alys & Rosemary. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach & the big chill for meals & shopping. I appreciated the guide book that was provided. 10/10 recommend La Crema tapas and fondue as suggested. Also loved getting coffee & a few grocery items from Fonville Press Market. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked, and appreciated the beach towels, chairs, etc. We didn’t need the pack n play & high chair, but I think it’s super awesome it’s there for families with little babes. Washer/dryer was great to have so we could wash our dirty clothes prior to departure. The pool was also awesome and easy to access. Thanks tons, we’d love to come back!
