We had a great time with our family here! The home was clean and exactly as described. Loved the pool area and how convenient it was to walk over. The beach was a very short walk as well. If I had a complaint it would be that the home didn’t have a broom and we requested one but never got one. But overall we loved it!

We liked everything, the apartment was well furnished, cozy. The territory is large, many pools. The beach is 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The tram runs very often. The beach is large. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess is very responsive, immediately responds to requests. Thank you, Tonya, for our vacation.

This house was fantastic. It was well clean, organize and beautiful view to the beach and even the waterpark. I would like to have a little more equipment in the kitchen, but overall a great experience and beautiful place.

We had 6 adults stay for a wedding for 3 days. it was an awesome experience! we ate at the restaurant by the beach, and I highly recommend the fish tacos! The only trouble we had was with the TV and getting it to work with the remotes. we caught fish off the dock by the bay, fed the ducks and turtles, and admired all the adorable tiny lizards in our foliage. Loved the use of the golf cart! We would definitely stay at this resort again. 👍👍

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

Beautiful views! Loved the fenced yard which was perfect for the dog, especially since the beaches in PCB are not dog friendly. The chairs at the end of the yard were a great touch. The condo had everything you could need. The place is older and could use updating in all areas, including the patios. The guest bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. Like many of the places at the beach you can hear foot traffic and cars outside at night from the guest room (master room gets the sound of the waves though - lucky!), but luckily this location has much less traffic than the east side. Beach not crowded at all which was great - good quiet location. Bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Hope to stay here again in future

Perfect location. Had everything we needed in the condo. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

First check in was easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We received the cutest welcome box with directions and small welcome gifts. The community is private and tucked away. Safe for walking and family friendly. The beach and pool were both very close and easy to access. Both walkable distances. The house we stayed in was emasculate! Better than described or as we imagined. We were pleasantly surprised to find a private hot tub. Our back patio faced the pool. The 2nd floor back porches also overlooked the pool. The house we chose had 5 bedroooms and 5 baths I believe. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The hosts were proactive and communicative, checking in with us to see how things were going. Restaurants and things to do were all a quick Uber ride or drive to anything we needed. Loved it, will def stay again.

Location is great, near restaurants and malls. Airbnb was clean and as pictured. Private beach was the best part. The only problem was parking. The two spots can really only fit one car. We had to use public parking because there was problems with the neighbors cars being too close to each other. Also toiletries were very minimal, not enough if you’re planning to stay more than two days. Otherwise it was a beautiful trip and enjoyed it with the family.

Valentina was great to communicate with and everything was just as listed and very clean. it was the perfect stay for our mini family getaway. Everything was conveniently located and great distance from beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Everything about this villa is just perfect. It is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean — so light and airy. You will love the shady oaks you walk through around the fountains and sidewalks that meander to the beach or to the tennis and pickleball courts. Jeff and his wife were very thoughtful of what their guests would need on vacation from thick oversized towels, quality appliances and bedding to a yeti cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon for you to use. This is a perfect villa for the whole family or a romantic getaway. The pool is super close but not so close you hear others, and the beach is perfect. Crystal clear water and sugar white sand. We will definitely stay again. We miss it already!

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Great stay, super responsive host. Loved the balconies on each floor, especially 4th floor and rooftop!

All in all was great, for new comers like we were perhaps explain better that beaches are near and that golf carts are common in this area to reach to beach

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Kennys place was beautiful. Great location, close to alot of things and very close to the beach (across the street). He was very quick to respond with any issues. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again!!

My family had a great experience. It was clean and just like the pictures-even better. The pools were very nice. The distance from the beach was great. I was happy we chose Liron’s place!

Lydia was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and truly cares about every person staying in her home. The location is absolutely perfect, especially with little kids. Unfortunately the beach is mostly privately owned by the beach front properties but the lake was a hit with our family! The shuttle will take you to another beach which was great!

This place is absolutely beautiful and cozy! Everything was perfect. Host was amazing and view was beautiful. This place was extremely clean too. Beds extremely comfortable

Loved the place. the walk to beach was easy we pushed 2 strollers no problem. down the road and across the bridge to get to the street crossing, or you can drive to a parking area and walk across street to beach. The pool and tennis court was across the street and a park in walkable distance. Had kitchen supplies and plenty of towels. We even had squirrels come right up to the glass door which entertained the children for a long while everyday. The two sets of twin beds are sturdy and roomy in the kids room. I slept on the bottom. it was low would be good for younger kids and a little stiff for me. There was 1 room with king and 1 with queen. I didn't hear any complaints from the couples in there. Would love to go back soon.
