Great place will definitely stay here again. The balcony was amazing. We ate practically every meal out there. also short walk to the beach condo was loaded directly on the beach, which was awesome with kids.

Loved this place! The room was in perfect proximity to the lobby/parking so we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking spot was great and also in a convenient location! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy and there was even a fan for use if you’re like us and like the noise to sleep. Even being a studio it was quite spacious for the two of us! Short distance to the beach, great food on the property, and a great location to get all around in PCB. 10/10 Thank you again, Patrick!

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

The view from this place is absolutely stunning! We would like to thank Sheila for being an excellent host. Great communication and clear instructions on checking in/out. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again!

The view was beautiful. Being able to walk to the grocery or bakery or Pineapple Willy’s was a nice bonus. The sofa bed wasn’t really comfortable enough to sleep on, but we made it work. Plenty of room for a playpen. Super clean. Nice resort. We never used the pool but it was nice to look at. Having the beach chairs was a nice perk as well. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Brent was exceptional throughout the process He gave very precise instructions from beginning to end and was very responsive to any questions or issue's we had. He forewarned about the mass entrance and exit of new and leaving guests so we just went to the room right after checkin and waited a couple of hours before moving our stuff in which was much easier. This condo is terrific and the view is gorgeous. Thanks Brent for making our visit seamless.

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

This year was my 4th year to stay at The Hideaway. This is my all time favorite vacation spot! And Chuck treats you just like family.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here to anyone! About 5-10 min walk to beach or a 1 min drive (some limited public parking by the public beach accesses, but we found parking every day)! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 2 wagons to bring to the beach along with chairs, and plenty of other things for the beach! Our pup loved the backyard and the neighborhood for walks. The place was very clean! Paul was very easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Would definitely stay here again. Danielle was a great host- super responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall, our stay was great and I’d definitely recommend Danielle and her home!

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Can’t say enough great thinks about this home and the owner, Lisette. Communication was top notch, she was helpful and the home was beautiful but also very well equipped. We’ve stayed in the area 10 x but I’m pretty certain her home had the most amenities like bikes, locks, beach items like cooler/ wagon/ toys etc. We have stayed from seaside to seagrove to water sound but we are already planning our next trip to Vitamin Sea. Thank you Lisette for everything!

I am so glad we stayed here! The place was beautiful, but the location was even better. We came with our teenage children and they were able to bike everywhere by themselves. At night we would sit on the balcony and listen to the music and visit for hours. It definitely made for a wonderful, bonding vacation. If you come with older children or by yourself - my advice would be to bike to the public beach instead of going to the private beach. It was much less crowded and was about the same distance in the opposite direction.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The proximity to the beach, as well as local restaurants and shops made this the perfect place to be. Jenny’s home was spacious, clean, and just beautiful. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in 30A!

This was our first time at Rosemary Beach and this location was amazing! We enjoyed walking to lots of local restaurants right in our backyard. Our kids loved riding the tram to the pool and beach. The house was perfect for all of us and looked exactly like the pictures. We throughly enjoyed our stay and looked exactly forward to our next visit!

We had a friend reunion at Glori’s place and it was the best couple of days. Perfect for families and so close to the pool it was so easy with our small kids. Walking distance to all the restaurants and downtown Rosemary Beach. Would 100% stay here again!

Great location & easy walk to beach! The beach chairs and umbrella were an extra plus during our stay. The kitchen is on the second floor with a spiral staircase and stairs to enter, so if have mobility issues this may need to be considered. Great stay and will plan to rent again!

Overall we had a great stay at Oh Happy Day! The townhouse looked like the photos and was therefore what we expected. We primarily used the public beach access as the owners provided beach chairs and a very nice umbrella. The public beach access also included shower’s at the top of the steps. We did have one issue as the public beach does intermittently have some of the shoreline blocked out based on homeowner rights (per Walton County website at top of beach steps). The laws seem to be changing continually and we received different answers on what the public beach rights were from three different police officers patrolling the beach… Waterhouse is a new coffee, cocktail, and pizza shop adjacent to the Arcadia townhomes. It is fantastic and we loved being able to carry iced lattes and cocktails down to the beach! We had some cleanliness concerns for one room upon arrival that were quickly addressed. Kenny and Rosemary are lovely and we are thankful for our stay with them in 30A!
