Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

By far, this is my favorite place to stay on 30a. This is our second trip back to this condo and our fifth trip back to the Inlet Beach area!! The access to the water is perfect! The private beach access is the best. I have nothing but positive things to say and we will be back!

It was a super cute and clean room! It was central to everything and it was nice to have access to both a beach and pool. We loved staying there!

We had a great stay in 30A. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with public access just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing visit. The home was well stocked with essentials like towels, a full propane tank, and working appliances. The golf cart was filled with gas and runs up to 25 MPH. The bikes looked good and were appreciated. Beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and the provided amenities were thoughtful. A few small things to keep in mind. The spiral stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky to navigate, so we had to watch our footing. Some of the doorknobs were stiff, possibly from rust. Water in the bathrooms drained slowly at times. If you are bringing pets, note that the grass has some thorns. Overall, a solid place to stay with a great location. We will definitely book with 30A beach girls again!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

Very good location, great amenities with private heated pool. Uncrowded beach. Ryan was very responsive with issues with dishwasher. Provided paper plates, utensils and cups and a credit to eat out. Good deal for the area, house needs some minor updates on deck otherwise would stay here again. Great for two families.

Perfect for our Honeymoon! Private and comfortable. Fabulous 30a location!! One of the rare beach access points is right down the street plus bikes and beach chairs available to get there easily. Wonderful responsive host. Great Pool, hot tub and outdoor shower!

This condo is not only beautiful, it’s comfortable and perfectly located. The owner is easily contacted and always replies quickly. We loved everything and would stay again!

Our stay was very comfortable and just a quick 1-minute bike ride from the beach. The home included everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The neighborhood was friendly, and the provided bikes and beach chairs were a great bonus! While the main bed was very comfortable, the pull-out couch was not. I recommend planning accordingly if you’ll need the extra sleeping space. Also, during checkout, we were asked to complete a few tasks that I would have expected to be covered by the cleaning fee. Aside from that, this was the perfect stay. The host was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

Really enjoyed staying here! Perfect for a small group or family. Literal steps away from the pool - couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. Spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the serene space - even during an afternoon thunderstorm - it was the best spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and convenient!

The perfect stay for our trip! The place was cute, clean, and just what we needed. We came here for our baby moon and everything was in walking distance. You are right in between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach…aka restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away. The beach is close by too! Highly recommend this cute little condo.
