This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

Perfect place to stay during your beach vacation! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the screened end porch and the golf cart! Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend for your family trip!

Ron was very nice and even helped us get in the place earlier since we were already in town. We just added a couple of days to our trip.

We loved everything about this place the peacefulness the cleanliness. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Beach and restaurants were phenomenal and within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the house was decorated perfectly. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed right in the house. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Salt & Sand! The location was central, neighborhood was peaceful and also walking distance to the big chill and restaurants in the area. The townhome was well kept and had all the basics that we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay for families!

Our group of 2 families really enjoyed our stay! The location was easy and convenient and we felt like we had lots of options for kids and adults combined. Christie was super communicative and it felt really easy to check in with her if needed. Great space for our group, we would return for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes! What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. Kristy was incredibly helpful and very responsive throughout our stay, answering any questions we had almost immediately and offering great local recommendations. We enjoyed being across the street from The Big Chill- coffee shop, restaurants, shops, nightly entertainment. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—would definitely stay here again!

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The home provided everything we needed, and the location was perfect for us but also an easy drive to Panama City or Destin. We loved using the bikes and golf cart, and the beach was gorgeous! Stevie answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean’s 8. The property was clean, comfortable, and ideally located—just steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful beaches. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly accommodating and made the entire experience seamless with her outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciated how easy she was to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to returning for another stay!

Strikes a good balance between feeling private and quiet, but walkable to some good restaurants, the beach, etc. if you have kayaks or canoes I’d recommend bringing because then you can actually ride them down the canal, through lake and to the beach. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. I would stay again or recommend to others without hesitation.

We enjoyed our time! Loved that it was minutes from the beach, the amenities, and that the place had a washer and dryer. It was perfect size for my family and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay in this beautiful townhouse. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. The entire house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Ali was very responsive and amazing to work with. We will definitely be staying again!

The perfect stay for our family of 9! We had four littles with us and I can’t imagine a better stay that close to the beach. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Brent and Joe’s place was the best place I have ever stayed at. We stayed for 5 days. It is so peaceful and tranquil and very very relaxing. Any spot you go in this home feels like home and Every single detail was thought out to provide whatever anyone could need. The beach is right across the street. If you want a place that is very relaxing and away from the tourist hustle and bustle then this is the place. It’s central to all the main attractions or towns. Publix, Winn Dixie and Aldi is right around the corner next to each other & not crowded. If you can visit a store called Madison 30A, it’s 5 minutes from the house. Very cool. Looks like Palm Springs California or Arizona. Very cool. This was the most perfect stay. BTW… the outside shower is AMAZING. We never took showers inside. Morning or night it was the best to shower outside. The neighbors are kind. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Brent and Joe for everything and your kindness.
