The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge here, which invites you to linger. After the comprehensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom was comprehensively renovated, partially redesigned and newly furnished. The state-of-the-art kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a new massage shower. Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
