The Motta Naluns ski and hiking area and Scuol-Tarasp train station are a 5-minute bus or car ride away. The apartment has a living room with a satellite TV and is equipped with a large sofa, which can quickly be transformed into a sofa bed with a mattress (140 x 200). The apartment is located within a very short walking distance to the bus stop.

It is centrally located and yet in total tranquility right next to Engadin Bad Scuol. The apartment was gently renovated with respect for the historical building structure.
