Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. We have just had a fantastic week here with our child and baby. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Our host was fantastic, nothing was too much bother. The area was really nice, it felt safe and the beaches are spectacular. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The coffee pods were a lovely touch, as were the cold drinks in fridge.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

We had a fantastic stay and a wonderful time! The property and the rooms were even nicer than in the photos. Communication with Alberto and Roberta was super easy and quick—they were always available and helpful. They also shared some great local restaurant tips for the area and Ortigia. Some of their recommendations we already knew from our last trip to Syracuse, and we’d totally recommend them as well. 😎 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back! Just a quick note for anyone looking for a standalone house or villa: this place is actually made up of several (very beautiful) apartments.

This is one of the best places we have stayed, with the most beautiful villa set in lovely gardens full of ancient olive trees. The pool and its pavilion and bar were just perfect. Not too far from Modica and Noto, plus excellent beaches at San Lorenzo. Roberto and family were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend getting Angelica to cook one evening- just the best meal of the trip. Trying to find the place in the dark is not recommended though. The Google map reference given is not quite accurate and there is nothing to indicate you are supposed to drive through next door’s farmyard. But, like getting into heaven, it’s worth it!

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

Stylish and modern place with a nice pool to cool off. Good beds and everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach downtown. Deborah was very helpful and friendly.

We were a family group extending over three generations. The flat had access without stairs which was very convenient. It was a short walk into town, which had more restaurants than we expected, we ended up eating there most nights actually. One night a local chef cooked for us, which was amazing. Salvatore was always quick at responding, flexible and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace is where we spent most of our time, so comfortable. we also did drives to towns and villages for different activities. We had a lovely time.

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

Sandra, Daniele and Salvatore, our hosts, welcomed us wonderfully from the first minutes with pastries, wine and olive oil from the orchards of the house. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, fully equipped, perfect for a quiet holiday while having beaches and restaurants nearby, a few minutes from Scicli, close to Ragusa and only 30 mins from Noto. Sandra and Salvatore showed extreme kindness, availability and great responsiveness at any time. The house is very pleasant, with this charm Mediterranean enjoying the outdoor life, a large garden with swings, hammocks, games for children and the freshness inside in a pleasant and comfortable setting, full of all kinds of small equipment, everything necessary for cooking with fruits and vegetables soaked in the Sicilian sun, but also boardgames, bottles of aperitifs, CDs, beach games or even a petanque court, etc... Thank you for this beautiful house and the swimming pool so pleasant, we will come back with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Julie’s house, they were so helpful and friendly. We loved that the house was very private and the garden is gorgeous. Nice big pool and they have created the rooms in a way that if you would stay here with three couples everybody has their privacy. Nice to have two terraces where you can eat so you always have shade or sun. And a lot of places where you can sit and read a book or have drinks. Full functioning kitchen, Bruno even went as far as buying me a milk foamer when I asked about it. We love love love this place!!

Great villa with really helpful and friendly hosts. Lovely to have a little food parcel on arrival. It’s easy to walk down to the sea, but also a bonus to have the pool. Comfortable and clean, we would happily return.

3 generational family holiday. Perfect.

We, a group of 8 people working in a travel agency, had a workation trip to Sicily where we stayed in Villa Nausica for a week. This was not our first house-stay on a workation but surely the best one so far! We picked the house because of its size (we needed 5 bedrooms and lots of space), the pool and the view – everything was beyond better than we expected. So much space, the pool was super nice and heated as we requested. The kitchen was great – we cooked a lot at the house and everything we needed was there. In the fridge, there were welcome drinks and in the cupboard, several food items for use. And the padel court was just wonderful! Used it so many times :) And the location is also great – so many wonderful small cities in a short driving distance: Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Ispica, Pozzallo, Noto, Syracuse etc + many beautiful vineyards nearby to visit. And lastly – what a great and sweet host! Many thanks to Roberta, wish you all the best and a successful season!
