This house was beyond our expectations - it’s more like a mansion than a house. It’s on an amazing property, private with a lush garden, patios in all directions and it overlooks the ocean and the nearby castle! We were three families who shared this house and it had the perfect setup with the 5 bedrooms almost mimicking three minor apartments / wings, offering privacy for all. The shared spaces; living room, dining room and kitchen were all super cozy, well lit, and had all amenities. We are so happy we booked this house for our stay exploring southern Sicily! Alessandra was super communicative and an excellent host.

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. we had a great welcome. the place is heavenly, never hot, the pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces spacious and well maintained. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting with the kids who wanted to swim up to the adults who wanted to rest. Everyone had the opportunity to do what they preferred without disturbing others. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give precise directions on the surrounding places and more. We really enjoyed ourselves

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Grande. The location is nicely tucked away and very quiet—no traffic or town noise at all. The pool area was great, with plenty of sun beds and space to relax. Several nice beaches are easy to teach nearby, and we appreciated the secure parking inside the property. The apartment had a large TV and everything we needed. Nearby towns are easy to reach by car and offer plenty of restaurants. All in all, a peaceful and relaxing spot with great amenities. The property offers very good value for money overall.

Stylish and modern place with a nice pool to cool off. Good beds and everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach downtown. Deborah was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and close to areas of our interest. Sabrina, a sunny and welcoming person like her home... I forgot: there is a magnificent terrace to enjoy the spectacle of the sky especially in the evening hours

We spent an unforgettable time as a family with two children in this beautiful cottage near Rosolini. The location is fantastic – very quiet and idyllically located in the countryside, with a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding nature. The house itself is well equipped – everything is new, well maintained and very clean. From comfortable beds to the perfectly furnished kitchen, there was everything you need for a relaxing stay. Pool towels and outdoor dishes were also available – you can tell that everything has been thought of here. A real highlight is the beautifully landscaped garden: lovingly designed with flowers, cacti, palm trees and old olive trees. We also want to highlight the host who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available, gave us great tips for excursions and was just very attentive. We would come back anytime!

The seven of us had a lovely time at the villa. The house is very spacious and cozy, in a quiet location on a well-kept property. There are two outdoor terraces, one of which is equipped with another kitchen and a BBQ, as well as an outdoor shower. On the terrace in the entrance area, we always had breakfast, with perfect temperatures in May. Stefano welcomed us very warmly and even brought us a delicious welcome greeting. Communication worked very well, he was always available, friendly and helpful. The local beach with good infrastructure is about 15 minutes' walk away, in the village there are numerous restaurants and several supermarkets. Marina die Ragusa is also a good starting point for excursions to the baroque cities of the region, in Ragusa Ibla we could even experience the festival in honor of the patron saint San Giorgio thanks to Stefano's tip! We had an excellent time staying at Antonio’s house! Natasha and John Carlo were amazing and super helpful with anything we needed. It was a beautiful outdoor space and a large kitchen and bbq area that we utilized all areas! We had a great time and would highly recommended this house and would stay again! Thank you for hosting us and helping to take away any stress during our wedding trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Ragusa! The place is bright, spotless, and everything feels brand new. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the sun during the day and enjoying dinners in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are lovely, and the bedrooms are light, airy, and comfortable. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to beaches, cafés, and restaurants. there’s a supermarket only a 5-minute drive away for anything you need. Alessandra was a wonderful host — incredibly helpful and thoughtful. As we were arriving late with children, she even did a shop for us to make sure we had food for dinner and breakfast, which was such a kind gesture. Normally the local shop would deliver, but as we were slightly out of season, that service wasn’t running yet — so Alessandra really went above and beyond. I honestly can’t fault the villa, and we completely fell in love with Sicily. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Julie’s house, they were so helpful and friendly. We loved that the house was very private and the garden is gorgeous. Nice big pool and they have created the rooms in a way that if you would stay here with three couples everybody has their privacy. Nice to have two terraces where you can eat so you always have shade or sun. And a lot of places where you can sit and read a book or have drinks. Full functioning kitchen, Bruno even went as far as buying me a milk foamer when I asked about it. We love love love this place!!

This Villa is absolutely stunning and we had such a great time while there. The property is very modern and spacious and has all the amenities you could wish for. Paolo was a fantastic host throughout our stay, very responsive and helpful when needed. The area around the Villa is beautiful and scenic with the next neighbour half a km away, so it feels private like the whole valley you overlook is yours. We spent a fantastic week there with 14 friends cooking food, sunbathing next to the pool and playing games. Thinking about it, I just want to go back  5 stars!!!

I had the pleasure of staying a few days in this beautiful location surrounded by greenery but still a few steps from Ragusa. Great and quiet location, Lucio confirmed himself as a very kind, proactive and helpful host. 5 stars deserved!

But the true highlight was undoubtedly the heated outdoor pool - perfect for relaxing swims regardless of the weather! Our recent stay at Mariangela’s beautiful Stone Villa in Modica was beyond special. We were a group of 12 celebrating my 50th birthday, and from the moment we booked, Mariangela’s communication went above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and proactive; ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, local Sicilian art and design, and so many thoughtful touches. The property is located in a private area, adjacent to fields and farms yet still ideally located near all the sites we wanted to explore. Mariangela organized everything from delicious, beautifully prepared meals to unforgettable experiences like a private catamaran charter, fantastic restaurant recommendations, wine tours and reliable local drivers. Every aspect was to top-notch! We are beyond grateful to Mariangela.

Manuela's house is very nice and spacious, the garden is very well maintained and our little dog also enjoyed it so much, the veranda is a beautiful space, the pool, although small, is useful for cooling off at any time, the sea is also really just a short walk from the house! Manuela's hospitality and attention to guests, however, is worth even more than just accommodation. From the large tray of fresh fruit with which she welcomed us, to all the necessities for breakfast, games and colors for children, equipment for the sea, she made sure we had everything we needed. In addition, both she and her father were very ready to help us with any request or concern in a very short time. We'll be happy to come back.

Valentina was a great host and made us feel welcome right away. We found the street easily, but couldn't find the house number after driving up and down. Valentina was immediately responsive and came to greet us. The house was large and spacious. There was also a pool at the house which wasn't on the listing when we had booked it, which was a very welcome surprise! Having a separate room for our 2 year old to sleep was great and meant that the parents could stay up and enjoy the house after our daughter went to bed. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area of Sicily!

We loved our stay at Giorgiopaolo's villa! Our hosts were helpful, gracious, and generous, often dropping by with gifts of almonds or olives that they produce, much appreciated! The villa itself is stunning and seems to have been recently remodeled in the last few years so it's very up to date. The pool is spectacular, we spent so much time there and under the lovely pergola. It's very easy to relax here! There's a great supermarket 10 minutes away and you're about 30 minutes away from many of the baroque towns in the area. All are worth a visit. We would gladly return.

The scenery around the villa is outstanding. Looking from the terrace and pool area you can see straight up and down a valley which is lined with olive trees. It really is beautiful. The villa was spacious and suited our family of 5 (including a toddler). We enjoyed the pool in the hot August weather. There was a basket of goodies for breakfast left on our arrival which was a nice touch. The whole place was very clean. From the villa you can drive to lots of bigger towns (Ragusa, Modica, Noto) and also to the beach, all within one hour. You definitely need a car for this location though.

We had a lovely stay here as a family of four. The house is a really nice place to be - I actually think that the pictures don't do it justice! The location is very peaceful and private (just be aware that the road leading to the house is pretty rough, it might seem like you've gone the wrong way but just follow the Maps pointer!). The pool is lovely, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We were welcomed with nibbles and drinks and communication with the host was always easy and fast.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place. The hostess was extremely kind, nice and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The accommodation was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were also very well maintained and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. A really positive experience, I'll definitely be happy to come back!

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

We had a very nice stay! Maria welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. The pool is fantastic, and the pool man was also very warm and patient. For us, it was a very reassuring feeling that someone takes care of the pool so reliably!! The house is a bit older, but there is air conditioning throughout the house, which was very valuable at the 32 degrees outside temperature.
