On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction cooktop, a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom. The loft area houses the double bed, and a single sofa bed can be added. The barbecue area, the pergola with kitchen, the swimming pool, and the outdoor bathroom and shower are for shared use.
